I was turned onto this company by a realtor. They are professional, and thorough. Francesca and her husband Martin run a well oiled ship. They take the time needed to properly train their crews. They even make their own glass & mirror cleaner. (Seriously - I have NEVER had my mirrors shine like this!) Even though they move quickly, Excellence Cleaning Pros somehow sees the dirt that you don't - understand that in this scenario, I am playing the role of 'you/your' - So even if it were in your DNA to clean your own place, this company will do a better job than you ever could! Of course I have always cleaned my stove top. And even though my stove top remains covered when I'm not using it, it's still gets dusty/dirty and somehow a little grimy. This company got my stove top looking like it's a brand new stove - and the stove is 20 years old! Not in my wildest dreams did I think it could look this great. And glass cabinet doors that I had cleaned previously, they made them look like brand new glass. Shiny and clear and more excellent than I thought this glass could look! I can't sing their praises highly enough. And just so we're clear, I am not connected to this company in any way, except that I've had them in my house twice and I wish I weren't moving or I'd hire them on a regular ongoing basis! We recently finished a total re-model of our kitchen, two bathrooms and 600 sq. ft. of new flooring installed. I called Francesca to come and clean up the aftermath of 5 weeks of demolition and installation. Dust had coated every surface in the entire re-model and some of the adjacent rooms. Not only did Francesca and her team clean everything spotlessly, she went the extra mile and detailed the whole job. Every stray drop of paint, splattered grout on the base boards, dust on the ceiling fans. (Put on the "White Gloves" and check it yourself.) I hired their services last weekend, and I have to be honest, I was a little worried at the beginning because they do not have as many reviews, but I still gave them a chance and I was blown away! Days before our appointment, we reviewed what we wanted to be cleaned and I have to say they did an amazing job! I have hired different companies to help me clean up but they cleaned up to perfection! I have kids, and they are in summer break so my full house was a mess! Great job. My house had never been properly cleaned before. When I bought It 4 years ago the realtor said it would be professionally cleaned. IT WASNT!UNTIL THEY GOT HERE. Excellence Cleaning Pro's did a super job. Worth every penny. The price she quoted me was the price she gave at the end. I called at 7pm fri night. They couldnt get it all done sat. so they came back on sunday, usually there off sunday but they knew I needed it done A.S.A.P. They arrived on schedule each time. This company really makes a difference in and it has a great vision! They went above and beyond my expectations & very passionate about their work. They rock at detail cleaning they have all kinds of size brushes to get into areas I would never be able to get my self. If you want a house that literally glows, you must use Excellence Cleaning. They polish every corner, no matter how difficult to reach. They vacuum and steam all hard floor surfaces. When they shampoo the peach-colored bedroom carpet, they have removed stains that have been there for years. They go beyond just normal cleaning and because they function as a team (3 to 5 people), they can cover a greater area and therefore complete more tasks. What a great company, I tried a maid services before and it seriously seemed like they didn't know what they were doing or I had to point out everything to them. But this team is courteous and has a knowledgeable system about what requires cleaning. They left my kitchen completely grime free and my fridge like new!
