I called go get a diagnosis on my pool pump. The Hayward pump had a "Drive Stalled" error. The manufacturer said it could be three different reasons for the error. In order to diagnose, you must open pump to see if its the motor, drive or stuck impeller to cause error. This gentleman did none of that. He chose to read the display and charge $75. What a poor diagnosis. Did not do anything but read the display. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON/COMPANY. You will be ripped off! DO NOT HIRE THEM, EVER! HORRIBLE SERVICE! read more

Jorge and his team are excellent! I needed major help with my pool....full resurfacing for my in-ground plaster pool plus I was looking for someone to do weekly maintenance. I called and Jorge answered immediately. Without ever speaking prior, he was at my house 1 hour later to take a look at everything.
