I contacted Excellent Pool Service Saturday morning because my pool pump stopped working. Jorge called me immediately and came out a couple hours later. His quote was very reasonable. The pump price at Leslie's was the same amount of Jorge's quote but Leslie's did not include labor or tax. Jorge and crew came out Monday (a holiday) and installed. I spoke with George and he said he could go out the same day He gave me a very competitive quote but best of all he kept in contact with me for 2 days until it was installed. Jorge responded right away and set up an appointment to stop by with Daniel and look at the pool the following day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our pool pump decided to fail on a Sat. Tried calling other pool service companies but no one returned our calls (not even days later). Further down the list was Excellent Pool Services and great reviews of Jorge. He answered our call, asked us to send a pic of the pump and showed up within an hour. Much to our surprise he didn't try to sell us a new one (unless necessary). He suggested taking it to his shop to rebuild it, thus saving us hundreds over a new one. Extremely unprofessional. I called to request information about pool heater repair. The person answering the call was hard to understand, hasty and impatient, and didn't even answer the phone with a proper hello. I requested information about the heater repair and he said he would call me back. He did, and I started to tell him that we did not want to pay $95 dollars to assess the issue as we weren't sure if it was something we even wanted or could fix. Before even finishing my sentence I was hung up on! I wanted to discuss the details but he just simply hung up on me in the middle of a sentence and did not call back. I can't tell you enough about Jorge's prompt and professional service in rescuing our green and funky pool. There was a leak prior that took some time to repair. In the meantime, our pool turned to a swamp. On short notice, when our original pool cleaner abruptly cancelled, Jorge was out quickly. After a review and trial vacuuming, he determined we needed an acid wash. He had the pool drained in 24 hours and his crew on site the next day to perform the work. We had it re-filled in another 24 hours and he stopped by to supervise powering our pump back on and starter chemical set up. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the complete turn around done so quick. In addition, he gave us very reasonable suggestions to improve our system. We're putting it on the calendar!
