Came to drop off some stuff to shop in the center the only parking I found was outside of his shop when I came back one of the guys was yelling at me and cursing at me to leave or he'll tow me. I told him it was a parking spot and he said was his parking since it's in front of his shop. There are no clear signage on the spots indicating his shops parking only. Hope their service isn't as bad as their attitude. Hope the owner picks better employees next time unless he share the same bad values as this guy. read more

I was given Sanjiv's information from a friend as I just bought a used 2015 BMW X5 Diesel with 100,000+ miles and it needed a bunch of work done on it (check engine light, rear air shocks, etc.). I needed someone I could trust, someone that is honest and someone that is reliable. Exclusive Auto Service is THE PLACE TO BRING YOUR BMW - HANDS DOWN. Don't go anywhere else until you call Sanjiv! He knows his stuff, doesn't use aftermarket junk, his prices are fair, and WAY better than the dealer. I was worried about everything checking out so I could smog the car afterwards and Sanjiv told me not to worry as it takes time for sensors in a diesel to register. He didn't start replacing things just to replace things because he knows the ins and outs of my car. I've had amazing experience with an independent mechanic before, so I left the dealership and did my research. Sanjiv totally delivers--I heard back from him so quickly with a quote, he was able to get me in before the weekend, and his quote was so incredibly reasonable! I have used Exclusive Auto Service since 2002 for my Mercedes. I tried other mechanics but since I found Sanjiv who owns and runs the place, I have never gone anywhere else. His service is excellent: he always tells me ahead of time what he is going to do and how much it will cost; he tells me how long it will take and it is always ready on time, and he does the work right the first time. He answers all my questions, accommodates my schedule, and when I get my car back it's clean! He takes it to the car wash. For all that service you'd think you would be charged extra. Nope. His prices are fair - much better than the dealer. I just found out that he is now servicing Lexus. So happy. Now we can bring in our other car as well. I have been coming here ever since Rusnak BMW would not cover repairs to my vehicle that was just over the warranty mileage. Sanjiv suggested I call the regional office and complain about the situation. I did this and the regional office covered the costs but Rusnak would not cover the diagnosis costs.
