The mechanics are RUDE and don't care. They had my car for THREE days for BRAKES! And tried to refuse to pay for Ubers for those three days. I should have known something was wrong there. They broke my calipers when they took them off and replace them "for free." They should have. They broke them! They never bled my brake lines when they were done, and I've been having problems 4-5 months afterwards when air getting in my brake lines. I've been back to another mechanic THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING and they said the calipers they put are my car are bad! I should not have to replace calipers 5 months after getting "new" ones. When I called Midas to get my money back, they have a "90 days warranty" but continued to tell me that my calipers were still under warranty. I'm scared to drive my car, and Midas will not give me my money back and I have to pay for another company to do it right. I have to pay AGAIN! They don't care about you or your vehicle. They hire mechanics that don't know what they are doing and just want your money. My lawyer will love to hear they put my life in danger and don't care. All I asked is that they pay for my car to be fixed the correct way the second time! This was Midas Broadripple but since I've been there I've heard horror stories about ALL Midas's!

Got down right nasty when questions were asked. 2. Drop car off for flat tire in the morning. No call on status. I had to initiate the call an hour before closing. Then when I arrive I'm told it only needed air. Next day tire pressure light on. I take it back in and after further investigation there was a nail still in the tire. 3. Catalytic converter was stolen as my car was on the lot over night. No "hey I'm sorry about that" or acknowledging that is a big deal. I was told it has happened multiple times in recent months. That didn't put me at ease either. The technician Keyshawn who works at this location has never been helpful and he comes across rude. His go to line is "we were about to call you." In the past year Ive never felt welcomed at this location by Keyshawn or felt that my car has been in good hands. I've been a loyal customer for 5 plus years; however the past year has been much different. I'm not sure what has changed but my trust has been lost in Best One.

A caliper wasn't mentioned in the written estimate. The hose was fine. Caliper replaced. Ceramic pads installed on both sides, then a brake fluid flush. Total cost was $400 for ceramic pads, 1 caliper and labor by a certified tech. I didn't need rotors either. I call 100% BS on Firestone on Keystone. Smells like fraud for $974. I have sent a certified letter to Firestone. Also, these incompetent techs have been using standard oil for the last few oil changes, rather than synthetic blend on a car that just hit 100K. I talked with the DM and have 2, no cost, synthetic oil changes. Beware of inflated $ incompetence.
