It started at the floor level and has crept up about 6-8" on the furniture. I sent them pictures of it and asked them to call me. They did not call. When I called them about it they said I can submit a claim to my insurance. They say they keep the humidity at 55%, but this cannot be accurate, as the mold would not grow at that level. Lately the place smells musty when you walk in, so clearly there is a problem. It did not used to smell that way before. They offered no mitigation and said they have nothing to offer me. A real disappointment.

After trying to contact the location no one answers the phone and the chatline hangs up on me at their prerogative stating, "I have to go now because you aren't responding. Beware, its not the money its the principle, they are cheating people out of their money that have certain needs. I will never use them or recommend them again. Shame. Shame! Make sure you get everything you ask for first and do not trust them. Furthermore they will not give you a specified lease so that they can raise the rent whenerver they want so make sure you are prepared for a plan b! They are terrible.

It's actually important for me to move things out by a certain time. Time is important when you promise something you can't keep. "Manager will return at 3PM" is not the same as coming back at 3:13PM. He apologized and said it was an estimate. Poor excuse. Again, time is important and another promise you can't keep. Phone isn't always answered during business hours. Perhaps this is due to only one man holding the fort down.

I rented the unit for over a year with no issues. Love using the app to get in/out of the gates. So much better than punching in codes. Check out day comes and the key breaks off in the lock. The manager went out of her way to help me on a Saturday, the last day of the month, to get the lock cut off so I could get the locker cleared out. It would have cost me a small fortune to have a locksmith cut it off. It would have been cheaper to keep the locker another month. Between the manager and the employee who cuts the locks, they went above and beyond for me today! The next time I need a unit, I will use Public Storage!
