    STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Honestly I can't believe how dishonest this dealership is. The inspection/paperwork said the intake was replaced but they literally glued the intake together instead of replacing it! Who does that? That's so lazy, dishonest, and unsafe. And as if that wasn't enough, the side markers was glued on too. Glued!!!! Not fixed. If they're willing to lie about something like that, who knows what else they covered up or "repaired" If you're thinking of buying a car from this dealership, don't do it. Save yourself the stress and your money. I don't want anyone to get taken advantaged like I did.

    What an incredible car buying experience!! After going to many dealers that could not find what I want and were trying to rip me off with high rates, I discovered Exclusive Motors and they found me my dream truck. They were able to approve me for a lower rate than any dealer in the area and my 2022 Tacoma is absolutely amazing now 5 months later with no problems.

    This dealership is unprofessional and does shady deals. I made an appointment with Liza to go see and buy the vehicle as I'm 4hrs away from that lot. I made plans and arrangements to go pick up this car and next thing you know I get a text message 13min before closing hrs stating, Sorry! we Sold the car unfortunately, is there anything else in our inventory you may like? Very upsetting!! and after I complained she said this (Sorry first come first serve) which is B.S because Liza didn't mention nothing like that over the phone or asked for a deposit to hold the vehicle till we made it out there. If they really cared about customers service and not just about the money, they would have told the new customer there's already an interested buyer already and will let you know then after the appointment . I bought many new cars before and been told this before by dealerships who value customer service and professionalism. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Generally considered unprofessional and unethical for a car dealership to sell a car when you have an appointment to purchase it, particularly if you were seriously considering buying that vehicle. While dealerships have the right to sell inventory, scheduling an appointment suggests a commitment to the customer's interest in that specific car, and selling it before the appointment can be seen as a breach of trust and customer service. Making an appointment for a specific car implies that the dealership is holding that car for you, and that it's available for your purchase during your scheduled time. Selling it before that time undermines the trust between the dealership and the customer. This situation can create a negative experience for the customer, potentially leading to a loss of business and damage to the dealership's reputation. In some cases, the dealership might even be accused of misrepresenting their inventory, especially if they knew the appointment was pending but still sold the car to someone else. If you had a written contract, deposit agreement, or even a verbal agreement with the dealership to purchase the vehicle, they would need to honor it. Selling the vehicle before your scheduled appointment could be considered a breach of contract, California has strong consumer protection laws, so you may have grounds for legal action if the dealership acted deceptively or breached a contract.

    Destroyed My Engine…read more I went to this Valvoline Express Care on 11/27/2024, for a routine oil change (Invoice #2627590). What should have been a simple service turned into a complete nightmare. After the oil change, I drove for about 20 minutes and stopped to check the oil level. To my shock, the dipstick showed NO oil at all. I immediately returned to the store, and the staff confirmed that there was no oil in the engine. The manager, Frank Stevens, topped it off but made ridiculous excuses, such as claiming the dipstick on my Honda Civic is hard to read (which is nonsense). Another employee even asked if they should drain the oil, and someone else replied that there was nothing to drain because no oil had been added! Due to their negligence, my engine has suffered severe damage. My mechanic has confirmed that the engine now needs to be either rebuilt or replaced, along with labor costs. When I brought this up to the manager, he offered me a laughable $15 discount on a future oil change--as if I would ever trust them again! This store's incompetence has destroyed my car, and I will be suing them to recover the damages. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your vehicle.

I usually get my tires from Costco but it's always packed there. The pricing here is comparable so I decided to buy tires here instead since the wait isn't as bad. The service is 5/5. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. The waiting area has about 10 comfy chairs. It might be hard to find a seat if it's packed. You can walk across the parking to Wal Mart and get some shopping done while you wait. It takes about 45 min to get your car back for a tire rotation.

I brought my vehicle in for a tire appointment after a recent safety inspection that found no issues with my lug nuts or wheel studs, only that I needed new tires due to dry rot. During the appointment, I was told the technicians could not remove the front lug nuts and that I would need to take the vehicle elsewhere. After leaving the store, I immediately noticed a wobble that had not been present before the appointment. When I got home, I discovered a lug nut was missing. I contacted the store and was put in touch with Assistant Manager Gregory. I was told they would "only pay for one lug nut." Which is all that I noticed was missing at the time. The following day, another repair shop inspected the vehicle and found extensive damage that ultimately resulted in over $1,100 in repair costs. What made the situation even worse was the claims process. It took multiple attempts just to get a claim started and obtain a claim number. Communication was poor, updates were difficult to get, and I often felt like I was the one doing all the follow-up. Despite providing documentation, repair invoices, and a detailed timeline, the process dragged on for more than two months. After months of waiting, countless follow-up attempts, and being led to believe the matter would be addressed, my claim was denied and I was offered only $100 as a customer service gesture. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company handles them. Had there been transparency, timely communication, and accountability, I likely would have walked away with a very different opinion. Instead, I was left with a repair bill exceeding $1,100, months of frustration, and a claims process that felt unnecessarily difficult from start to finish. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location or this company.

I used Yelp to put a blanket request for the Sacramento area, and Stress Free Auto reached out right away! I was able to take my car in first thing the next morning and was greeted in such a friendly and warm way. Knowing they had a few jobs ahead of me, they called a niiiice Lyft and made sure I got home free of charge! From there the communication was excellent. There were continual texts that provided information about their progress not only with searching for the main problem, but also a general overall inspection of my vehicle. Once complete they sent me an estimate, I called to coordinate which things I wanted repaired/addressed, and they sent over a finalized quote that I signed immediately. It was quick, informative, and quite literally stress free The main problem was a cracked exhaust manifold. Seems like an extensive repair, right? Well, they let me know later that afternoon that they were done! Amazing same day service! Absolutely incredible. It's been a month since the repair and I haven't had any issues. So, in my book, that's a job well done! The only small gripe I have is the cost. Again, it was same day service, so it's understandable that I might have paid more than I would have at another local shop, but they did offer a discount on the initial inspection cost. Some other shops roll the inspection cost into the cost of repairs, but unfortunately Stress Free doesn't do that. Plus, a couple of suggested repairs were somewhat of a laughable cost. If memory serves, they quoted me around $60 to replace wipers. I'm not sure if it was a quote for all 3, or just one, but I spent $15 on a wiper on the way home and installed it myself. Whatever, they are trying to make money! Despite my small price gripe, I will be using Stress Free in the future for any vehicle concerns I have!

They did a wonderful job on my break repair service last year. I was kept updated and informed of their work progress.     Quick and honest service!…read more I sent a message on Yelp requesting a quote for an oil change. They responded very quickly, priced fairly, and even provided time slots they had open, so I headed to the shop that same Saturday. When I arrived, they quickly directed me to pull in to start the service. It seems like I had just sat down when they called me back out to show me the the underside of the van. They wanted to know where I'd done the prior oil changes since whoever did them had stripped the tread on the pan from tightening the bolt too tight. I could clearly see that what they were saying was true and the pan had no tread and had been leaking oil this whole time. There really would be no way to do the oil change without also changing the pan. I asked how much that replacement would cost, and told them to go ahead complete the repair along with the oil change. This is my mom's mini van that I was going to drive back down to LA, so definitely wanted to ensure I was safe. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but was quickly out in about 1.5. They even provided a discount when I paid since the repair was unexpected and fast, which I really appreciate. They pointed out some other concerns, but did not force any repairs on me, which I am grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for any future oil changes and repairs.

I could easily go across the street and pay substantially less but sometimes it's not worth the risk of crossing Watt Avenue. If you work hard for your money and it matters to you how it's spent, there are plenty of other gas and snack options to choose from in the area. This location should absolutely be a last resort.

It was conveniently located and we were happy to fill the tank, just before we headed on to our long trip to another destination.....
