HUGE mistake taking it to them. They were quickly over their head. After $1500 holding the jeep for over 2 weeks, and they felt they needed to replace the entire transfer case at $3.5k, I told them to completely stop. I towed the jeep to a specialist which I should have done initially. They ceiled the case and received it for a fraction of the cost. They are not to be trusted and the worst experience. Terrible

Run! Phil's car…read morecare has a new owner who is now using a new auto parts store to supply parts. His warranty is offered through AutoZone not the shop. Im told the old owner used to offer it through NAPA.. I had extensive work done to my AC a year and a half ago which is still underneath the warranty I was offered when the work was done. The new owner is now refusing to honor the warranty. They misdiagnosed problems and then billed me. Then after the work was done they told me would get the issue resolved, it still wasn't fixed. I was then quoted thousands of dollars more to have it fixed.These guys are just hands-down, dishonest, the mechanic misdiagnoses and the owner is not honest and will not honor warranties. Don't waste your time or your money with these guys.. they folks at the shop really pushed the fact that they offer parts and labor warranty, I mentioned that it meant nothing considering they weren't honoring the very warranty. I already had in place and their response was it's a new owner and he isn't honoring your old warranty. They have the potential to do better, but it's going to take an owner who decides to conduct business with honesty, otherwise his word means nothing.

I am too old to continue so I selected Kennth's as they have been in business for decades in the same location with great reviews. We also had one vehicle in the body repair shop when a large tree limb fell on the windshield and hood. This repair cannot been detected from the rest of the vehicle. I is very hard to match White pearl paint and they did it. The waiting area is clean with drinks and snacks for customers!
