The review I left for your business is regarding my experience trying to obtain service. This review is accurate. I spoke with you on July 7th, which was my first attempt to get my car detailed. You told me during the 7-minute conversation that you accepted credit cards for a deposit. I called you and texted you on July 12th regarding booking service, it was at this time you stated you don't accept credit cards. I can only speak my truth about my experience and the tone was rude. Definitely felt like you don't care about your customers. You now say you accept credit cards but not over the phone. I asked to meet you so I could use my credit card, and you said you were no longer accepting credit cards. So I opted for Soft Touch Car Wash instead. It is not in my character to make up reviews. I am not saying people have been happy with your service, however, I am not happy with my experience. You gave me different information each time we spoke, you weren't friendly, and even in your response, you are contradicting what you told me when I contacted you. My car needed engine bay cleaning because of rodent droppings and urine. I even found empty snail shells scattered all over. Called Joel and asked if he could schedule me for a service. He gave a quick estimate and was able to schedule me in his work calendar. Service was prompt and on time. He was able to clean my car's engine bay and made it look like new. I needed my truck detailed but I didn't have time to take it into a shop and found Joel on Yelp. All the reviews were solid. Called up him and got a quote for my truck. I have a Ram 2500 and it's not a small truck. Got a quote and it was reasonable for how big my truck is. Made an appointment for that week and he showed up where I worked at. He started at 8:30am and finished around 1pm. He took his time on truck and showed attention to detail! When he told me it was ready it looked like a brand new truck!!! I never review but I had to for how bad this was. The customer service alone here made this a terrible experience. I won't be using him again. I never received a call or a text on his arrival time and had to text and call myself. My car barely looked any cleaner than when I'd done it myself, a lot of things were missing in terms of still having dirt in some areas as well as the center console full of dust and debris still. As well as the back cup holder not even looking like it was wiped down? The carpets were still left with dirt which he said were brown stains but obviously are just the corners of mat that didn't get cleaned properly. There's also now a clear line of my driver side panel that was stripped or scratched , it looks like it gauged some of the plastic. I won't say this was worth $200 detailing service and the pressure Joel put on me when I wanted to pay with card. Also in between meetings and lunch I was strapped for time and couldn't pay with a credit card because he wasn't willing to wait for me to get my wallet from my office, and barely wanted me to pay with my credit card for the hold fee because "it would take too much time and effort for him." This isn't worth a $200 service and frankly I wish I wouldn't have even gotten this done. Lesson learned and a warning to anyone else who'll call Joel for a clean. Others seemed to have a great service but I did not and my property was left damaged. As a reply to Joel - my car has been cleaned it's entire life while in my hands. The interior was not that bad, there were some pet hairs here and there but it was not as you're making it seem. I'd never do anything to take advantage of anyone or any service - I generally tip every service I receive heavily as I'm a very generous person. Your slandering me and the fact that you can reply here but not to my texts about the damage you put on my car speaks volumes of YOUR intentions and makes you seem like you definitely don't care about your customers or the quality of your work. This car has never been smoked in, and the fact that you're saying butts were in here may be from you as you smelled like cigarettes when I arrived to you. Yes it is a 2016, so it's not new but it doesn't take away from the fact that you didn't properly vacuum areas or even wipe areas down correctly. And when I mentioned that, you didn't seem to care to fix it. read more

This has been by far one of the best experiences I have ever had with a small business. Joel is super passionate about what he does, and it shows in his work! My 2019 Ford Explorer had some pretty bad scratches in it, the spot where the front license plate is supposed to go was rusted and awful looking, the trim was faded and white all the way around, and the paint was so dingy that I forgot it was metallic. Once Joel was done with my car, it looked better than it had when I bought it! All of the blemishes are gone and the paint job looks almost brand new. I am so impressed at how Joel was able to get my car sparking clean, it looked like I just took it off the lot! He did great work and gave my car so much TLC. My car was pretty bad. During the pandemic I was dropping off boxes of food to people in my area and and a carton of liquid eggs accidentally came out of one of the boxes and slipped out of my sight in my car. Weeks later in the middle of summer I smelled the THE worst smell, I thought I had run over something dead but couldn't put my finger on it.
