Executive Fitness has been downtown for many years and about a year ago added a location in Naples. I finally got to try one of their services this week and look forward to signing up for more in the future. My first trip took me upstairs to the facility's Med Spa. The modern decor with dark woods and soothing colors brought instant calm. All the amenities were high-end and add to the feeling of being truly pampered. I was there for a microdermabrasion. It was my first. Scott gave me the treatment and was extremely attentive to any discomforts I might have and offered knowledge about caring for my skin, but no sales pitch. I must say the treatment was very painless. He said it might feel course, kind of like a cat licking my face. There also was a little suction as a tiny vacuum kept the crystals that hit your face from getting away. My face felt great afterward. Oh and he also did a nice cleansing beforehand that was super relaxing. The spa also offers customized facials, photofacials (i want to learn more about that), chemical peel, botox, laser hair removal, leg vein reduction, a host of massage and body treatments and other specialty services. Owner Lisa Kammel showed me their Infinity Sok tub room -- heaven. Against walls covered in gray river rock sits a deep tub that is filled from a spout mounted on the ceiling. I have yet to try out their fitness center, but they specialize in personal training, and also do group exercises, yoga, pilates, spinning. My sister has been going to Executive Fitness for years and is a regular at the Naples location now, as evidenced by everyone saying "Oh, you must be ___'s sister." My sister had treatments done there to rid her face of years of sun damage and the results were amazing. She's hooked! (and I might be soon too) read more

Great workouts with Chase Owens here! I've been working out with Chase for many years and since he's been at Executive Fitness he's taken it to another level. He uses all of the equipment to improve strength here that he didn't have before and changes it up so we don't get bored or burned out. I've noticed the difference! Do not buy laser treatment form them! I bought 6 sessions with them. literally 2 minutes after my credit card went through, they said they were not flexible with my scheduling, I asked for my money back and they wouldn't refund me!!! 2 minutes after the transaction!! They said "it was their POLICY." So up until today, when I have to schedule every 6 six weeks they give me so much attitude it pains me to go there. Janelle has a terrible attitude towards me. The nurse is great very nice... but... the sessions aren't quite working ...after 6 sessions I still have hair under my armpits. I guess I will see after this last one...the sixth one. read more

This place rocks...downstairs you will experience great music, clean machines, personalized work outs with trainers who know what they are doing. Upstairs is an oasis, calm and beautiful, and treatments that appeal to all levels of spa users. These people rock...husband and wife, Casey and Lisa Kammel, practice what they preach! They totally get "customer" service from the personal training to the spa robes and zebra flip flops. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I LOVE this gym. After having back problems and surgery 8 years ago, I'd all but given up on working out. Casey at Executive Fitness showed me how to get back in shape and stronger than ever. With personal experience recovering from major injuries, Casey is an incredible inspiration and role model. I actually look forward to early morning circuit classes and feel better and stronger than I have since college! This is an incredible gym with a family/neighborhood feel. Everything is personalized and you are always comfortable and welcomed when you arrive. As great at the gym is, I have to recommend the spa as well. I had my 1st massage here recently and it was absolutely amazing!! Did more for my bad back than Drs or Chiro. Trust me, if you're in the Long Beach/OC area..give this gym a try. Workouts with Chase at Executive Fitness are challenging and effective, with lots of fun mixed in to make it very enjoyable. Workouts are varied, with different moves and equipment from session to session, which keeps it interesting and also helps us get at muscles in different ways. Groups are small enough so that instruction is individualized -- great if you are learning something new or need modifications. I mostly attend Chase's classes, but on the days he is not there, you are sure to get a fantastic workout from owner Casey or one of the other trainers. They are all great. I also appreciate the general atmosphere of this club. It is very clean with big windows, natural light and fresh air. Terrific camaraderie with the other members and staff will help hold you to account and keep you going back. read more

The D+D group goes in each Monday to have our butts kicked by Lisa and the best of all is we have our own personal DJ. I have been training personally with Lisa, Casey and their team for the past 15years; I thought it would be great team building for our salon to invite the staff in. I started coming here in September 2018...... I love group fitness classes and this place is perfect for me. The owners, Casey and Lisa, have a great clean gym with all the fitness equipment needed and great coffee I have been taking classes with Chase, who I've known for about 7 years, he's a great Personal Trainer. I followed him here because his classes are always challenging and he makes me laugh everyday at 5 am!!! Strength and cardio circuits so you get a little bit of everything. Chase teaches everyday except Mondays.... on Mondays Casey will kick your ass in a big way at 5 am and 6 pm. This is a great gym for personal training. Everyone is super friendly - trainers AND clients. During my weekly evening sessions, there is typically only one other trainer with their client in the gym, so no crowds. There is a good assortment of equipment, so the workouts never get old. Executive Fitness one on one personal training is great.I have work out there on and off for 10 years and i have always received great service, My personal workout session were alway personalize to my desired results and keeping in mind by back and neck issues. Well its been a long time since I've trained with Casey and his staff but I do have the knowledge that i have learned over the years. But today April 1, I went to the Med Spa in Naples and had a relaxing massage, It was awesome. The bed was warm and covered in soft sheets and a really beautiful chocolate brown quilt. and when my amazing massage was over i was given a glass of water with just the right amount of lemon. I just moved back to Naples after a 23 year absence. I needed to find a place to workout that was close to my home, and I was thrilled to find Executive Fitness was within walking distance to my house. Since it had been quite a while since I had a serious workout plan, and I am a woman "of a certain age", Casey started me out slow and easy, and carefully monitored my endurance level. Casey and Lisa, along with their great staff of trainers, have continued to push me with exercises that are making me stronger and greatly improving my endurance. LOVE this place.. I had a Groupon for 3 Laser Hair Removal.. I couldn't be happier!! The place was clean and professional, the nurse was so nice and they NEVER once tried to sell me anything!! Recently I had foot surgery , recovering quickly and independently thanks to the training I received at Executive Fitness. I can not put any weight on my right foot for 6 weeks. I have been training at Executive Fitness for over 3 years. The one on one personal training is structured for each individual person. I have worked with many trainers and had an awesome experience with all of them. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and make working out an enjoyable event. ABsolutely first class in every way. The one-on-one personal training is pricy, but worth every penny. The trainers are very knowledgeable and experienced. They push their clients, but always with each client's special situation, needs and abilities in mind. The results: you leave sweat-soaked with tingly, strong muscles - but no pain. Ever. If you are looking for top notch fitness training, I highly recommend Executive Fitness. I have used several of their services including the pilates class, circuit training and personal training. The circuit training is intense and is one of the best hours of exercise that you will do You work every body part and leave exhilirated. The personal training is tailored to each individual's needs. All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They easily accomodate injuries while still pushing you to your limit. I can speak only of the med spa at Executive Fitness because I don't work out there. The owners of Executive Fitness are warm and friendly and treat you like family.
