As many others have stated I sent back a perfectly clean walking belt that did not fit and was told that it was dirty and would not receive my refund. I paid to have it shipped back my self. It took several e mails and don't even try to call just wasting your time to even get a response. Only to be told no refund. This is a scammer company with no morels or conscious my only hope is they will be out of business soon. Worst store I've delt with in a long long time .

We found one of them did not fit. They would not own up to their mistake and only gave us two options. 1) we send it back for a refund, where we pay for shipping and lose 20% for restocking .. or 2) we ship it back for an exchange, where we pay for shipping. Neither are acceptable since this was their mistake.

However, staff seem to be inconsistent with their customer service skills. Sometimes the experience is good, other times not so much. For me, this store's biggest selling point is the location.
