The staff is super friendly, attentive, and always checks in to make sure everything's perfect. The service is excellent. Hookahs are set up quickly, they're smooth, and the staff gives great flavor recommendations. You can really tell they know their stuff. The vibe is amazing, relaxing. I've been frequenting this establishment going on six years. Every single time I've been greeted with a smile, welcoming energy and all around good vibes. I can't think of any time in the last six years attending there was there any type of discrepancy. I've even rented the venue out for my birthday before and the night was effortless thank you to Sohale (owner) and the exceptional staff. They pay attention to detail and maintain a comfortable sense of urgency. Great hookah flavors, good music, and awesome ambience. I have friends that have traveled a good distance just based off the good time they've had as pertains to their last visit here at Exhale. Honestly it's my favorite place to relax in Roseville. Came here to hang out with a group of friends and we had a wonderful time with one tiny issue. The lounge was a bit busy when we got in, and we thought we'd have to sit outside (chilly evening) since there were seven of us in total. The attendant was very accommodating and reshuffled some guests so we can all sit in one table. We brought our own card games to play and patiently waited for our orders to come. We got three different flavors of hookah and they were all good quality, some better than others, but nothing bad at all. The only bad experience was a cockroach crawling towards us and one of us had to step on it. This was a turn off especially since they don't even serve food. The health score looks great on here, but that experience showed otherwise. Besides that, we had a wonderful time, we enjoyed their service, the hookahs, and most importantly, they were playing bumpin music! read more

Amazing service. We walked in and didn't really know what flavor we wanted, we went with the suggestion of Mi Amor. It's a mix of raspberry,banana and mint.. sounds interesting right??! The flavor was off the chain! It's a nice lounge, wasn't crowded at all. They offer waters and a few other beverages. I went here with my date after we went out to dinner, and the ambiance was very intimate. The music was chill, and the lighting was dim making it easy to have conversation. The comfy couches are great to get close and snuggle with your date. The man at the front desk (I can't remember his name) was extremely friendly, and attentive to our needs. I love that they're open until 2 a.m. so I can continue my date night, and not have to end it at 12 a.m. I will come back for another date night soon after dinner. She was super super super friendly and gave the best recommendations on a good house mix... Love 66 and skyline I think it was? She was very good at checking in with us for fresh charcoal and making sure the flavor was good - we had everything we needed. I've definitely missed sitting in a hookah lounge smoking a delicious hookah, but a friend and I were in the area one day and decided to swing by for a quick session. This plaza isn't super busy so I wouldn't worry too much about crowds. Due to the pandemic, they aren't distributing menus right now but if you know what you want, just ask for it. They can pretty much mix any flavors together. I'm a huge fan of mint and anything fruity, so the worker told us he'll get us something good. I believe what he brought was Ambrosia and Mint flavor. The Hookah was ~$25 and we got the Ice Tip to go with it. I definitely recommend the ice tip because it makes every puff so light and smooth. The hookah is a little pricy but pretty comparable to the Sacramento area. The hookah hit pretty well and we had the coals rotated a few times with no issues. Exhale is a nice, calm spot to come to since it wasn't super busy. If you're craving a good hookah session, this is a good spot to try out! read more
