Ambiance was nice and laid-back -- sofas and tables made it a good spot to chill with friends. One thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the tipping setup. You pay upfront at the counter, take your stuff to your seat yourself, and the card machine immediately asks for a minimum 25% tip. I closed my tab, was leaving, and the KJ followed me out to talk to me. Great guy. While talking, the same "bouncer" came out and confronted me aggressively. I was done and trying to leave. I sincerely hope this is not the normal practices. I also understand there is 3 sides to every story, I just wanted my side to be on record before anyone else experiences this guy. He is clearly just "working until 5, not working until the job is done" Bad form on him, not on anyone else there.
