From the warm and friendly atmosphere when you first walk in to the delicious food, deserts, mix drinks and coffee. The staff were so friendly and helpful. And yes, the music is definitely on the louder side but honestly, that's part of what I loved about it! It gives the place so much energy and makes it feel like you're actually out having a night instead of just sitting down for dinner. So if you're looking for a quiet dinner, this might not be your spot unless you go inside but if you want a fun, lively atmosphere, you're going to love it. I especially loved the music! I couldn't understand a word of some of the songs, but I didn't even care because the energy was SO good. I actually left with a favorite song that called Yama .. Watching everyone dancing and enjoying themselves made the whole experience even better. The food was really good too. Everything we tried was flavorful, and the restaurant itself is surprisingly spacious inside as well. But for me, the outdoor patio was definitely the highlight. It's perfect for hanging out with friends, enjoying hookah, listening to music, having drinks and food, and just soaking in the atmosphere. We decided to give Pasha Mediterranean Restaurant in Roseville a try since it just opened a few weeks ago, and we're glad we did! We visited on a Sunday around noon, expecting to order from a lunch menu, but they were still serving breakfast at that time. One thing to note is that there are no paper menus. You scan the QR code to view the menu, place your order, pay, and even add your tip. The service was friendly and attentive. We had three different servers check on us, and they brought our drinks and plates shortly after we were seated. Our food also arrived within just a few minutes. The highlight for us was definitely the food. We tried the meat pide and Lahmacun, it is essentially a Mediterranean-style pizza topped with lamb meat. Both were delicious, flavorful, and something a little different from what we usually have. We really enjoyed trying them! The restaurant has a nice ambience and good vibes all around. We were actually the only ones seated indoors during our visit, while most of the other customers were enjoying their meals on the patio/outdoor area, which seemed to be the more popular spot. Overall, we had a very pleasant first experience at Pasha Mediterranean. We enjoyed the food, the friendly service, and the atmosphere. Went for happy hour with three girlfriends and had such a great experience! The decor is absolutely beautiful both inside and out, making it a really nice spot for a girls' night or happy hour. Very disappointing experience!!! For a restaurant that has only been open for about two weeks, this is absolutely not the way to start building a reputation. We were placed on the waitlist, somehow removed from it, and after bringing it to their attention, we were put back on the list. We waited another two hours and still were not seated. During that time, we sat at the bar, ordered drinks, and spent money at the restaurant. When we finally spoke with the manager, we expected at least an apology or an effort to make things right. Instead, we were essentially left to figure it out ourselves. Nobody deserves to be treated this way. Mistakes happen, especially at a new restaurant, but how you treat your customers when something goes wrong says everything. If this is how Pasha chooses to treat customers in its first few weeks, it is very disappointing and certainly not a good way to start a business. read more

If that's what is being served, it would be more accurate to describe it as a ((regular salad)) rather than Fattoush. I was really excited when I heard Pasha was opening a location in Roseville since I moved from the Bay Area about five years ago. Unfortunately, this visit was a disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the service was lacking. We sat at the bar for about 10-12 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us or asked if we wanted to order a drink. Once we were seated, we were never given utensils and had to ask multiple times. It took over 15 minutes and requests to four different servers before we finally received them. We also asked for water several times throughout our meal and never got it. The music and atmosphere were enjoyable, and the hookah came out quickly. The food was okay, but nothing special. Some of the chicken pieces were undercooked, which was disappointing. The wine I ordered tasted like the bottle had been open for days, and the mixed drink was decent at best. This review is coming from someone who has been to the Redwood City and San Francisco locations multiple times. I've never had any complaints at either of those restaurants, which is why this experience was so surprising. The Roseville location didn't come close to the quality or service I've come to expect from Pasha. I hope they can improve because I'd love to have a great local location that lives up to the standards of the Redwood City and San Francisco restaurants. The customer service was extremely poor from the moment we walked in. From the front desk to the hookah area, nearly every staff member we interacted with was rude and unprofessional. The restaurant was very crowded, but that doesn't excuse the lack of basic customer service. We ordered a hookah and never received it. Every time we tried to get the attention of a server, we were ignored. It felt like no one cared about the customers or wanted to help. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other restaurants that value their customers and deserve your business. Save your time and money and choose somewhere else. read more
