While MY car was in the shop, I had to exchange my rental FOUR times Not in chronological order. 1* Rear seat belt sensor was bad an alarm kept going off EXCHANGED 2*Pulling out of my driveway and I went to go forward-transmission/engine felt like it dropped, resisted going forward. No alarm went off, no brake/braking assist was on. Stopped, turned off the car and restarted....same issue. EXCHANGED 3* carpet lifted, dirty a plus included it smelt like vomit and marijuana. Not good when I was going on Military Bases (note Federal doesn't recognize CA state law) 4*EXCHANGED 4*ABS sensor alarm kept going off with dash message may not brake ..EXCHANGED 5 an final car was fine. 683505 E Palm Canyon & next to PS Airport & in PS Airport. I had noticed a previous review said that the phone number goes to Felix directly. No chasing around or going through automated services. I love that. In my dealings, I always prefer family owned business. Both Felix and his business partner have sons who work for them. It's the personal touch that has made me a new life-long customer. I would seriously recommend New Visions for anybody who needs any service for your golf cart.

The first thing you notice in contacting them is that Felix actually answers the phone when you call him. This in itself is unique in today's service economy. Felix picked up our cart very timely after I contacted him...within an hour...and he promised to have it back the next day, which he did. The work was done as promised and at a reasonable price. I wanted somewhere close to our hotel, but we were told the closest one is in the Airport. So with that being said, after we checked in to the hotel, my friend and I took an Uber straight to the Airport. We were greeted by 2 great, experienced, helpful, professional consultants. (Sorry, can't remember their names). We asked what type of cars they had, and they showed us 3 different cars and we went with the black Toyota Prius. That was the right choice, because the other ones were more expensive and a lot bigger for larger families. The car came out with full tank, washed, clean and vacuumed. We were informed by their employees about their rules, policy and they both showed all the amenities that the car came with. We told them that we only needed it for 2 days, they both said don't worry about it, even if you are late for couple of hours, you won't be charged extra. That already said a lot about their character. Check-in process was easy breezy since there was no one in line. We were not late with returning the car and didn't have to worry about any extra or hidden costs. As we all know, the way you rent a car, that's exactly how you are supposed to return the car back to them. Signed few liability papers and we were out of their lot in less than 20 minutes. Quick, fast, friendly service. Thank you guys, Alamo and management. I will definitely go back if and once I need a rental from this place. The lot was average sized and inside/outside was clean. So was the car!!

Plus the whole vibe is way better in Palm Springs. Low maintenance and no fuss. It's located in the Palm springs airport just past arrival and departure. I didn't utilize the parking as I was dropped off right out front. The whole place isn't that big. Inside is where the rental counters are located. Basically all the rental companies are located inside with booths pretty close to each other. I had a reservation for first thing in the morning at 7am. Right when I walked in, the two gentlemen working greeted me and gave me the heads up that they'll be right with me as they were finishing up what they were doing. That was a good 2 minutes or so. The service was great with customers services and the whole experience. Also it was nice before checking in with the online service where it helped expedite the check in process. The whole experience was great and fast. No fuss and a fast and easy process. You pick up the car yourself which they're located inside the lot just right outside of the building. It's pretty self explanatory with the lot and row number where you get your car. Same as returning, just following the signs for return. Once inside, there's signs to guide you to which company your car was with. Pull up and someone will assist you and that's it. Service great. Everyone that I've dealt with were all dolls and amazing. Didn't get their names but they were amazing. Would I rent again, definitely.
