Took someone here to get an X-ray on their toe. Walked in to ask and make sure they are able to do so. Yes, when their X-ray tech is in they are able to. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The place is quiet, clean and lots of seating. There were a few people ahead of us, took approximately 30 minutes to get in and total maybe 2 hours. They gave a diagnosis and prescription to pick up. They also offered a shot (forgot which pain med it was) for the pain which was helpful. The toe wasn't broken and they bandaged it up and gave her a protective open toe shoe to wear. Took my 75 year old mom with parkinsons there to get an X-ray and they made us wait more than 2 hours and then a nurse came in to the room with a phone and started video recording and interrogating my mom like we were some kinda scammers or criminals and told us they don't think the fall or broken bone was a priority to them. My mom was on a wheelchair has Parkinsons and was on Medi-cal insurance. They told us they could not take an X-ray for my mom. They told us to go get care elsewhere they take Medi-cal insurance and take care of people on wheelchairs. The nurse that was recording us on the phone was Nurse practitioner Victoria and she made us feel like we were not welcome there anymore. I am not going there anymore for any of my family like my wife daughter or my dad. They discriminate people based on age and disability and maybe even insurance status. read more

If you walk in they don't tell you that they are fully booked and you just sit there and wait and wait as you see people go in and out. You'd think they would tell you when you come in hey there's a bunch of appointments you're gonna be waiting for hours well they don't. And then after waiting for 2 hours you're forced to decide do I wait some more or do I just leave and hope I don't die. Not to mention the waiting room is full of dirt on the floor. read more

I went to this urgent care because I was feeling very sick, having bad chills, cold sweats, sore throat, constant coughing, and spitting out brown mucus. I told the doctor I was worried I might have pneumonia. They only ran COVID and flu tests, both of which came back negative. Instead of taking my symptoms seriously, the doctor simply told me to take ibuprofen 800mg, even though I was already taking 600mg. The next day, I ended up going to the ER at the Veterans Hospital, where they performed X-rays and confirmed that I did have pneumonia. I can't believe the urgent care didn't check for that, especially when I clearly explained my symptoms. This experience was very disappointing and could have led to a much more serious health situation. I won't be coming back here, and I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone who needs real, attentive medical care. read more

I was seen here due to my eye being irritated and red. The doctor that seen me said it was allergies and prescribed me some anti-bacterial ointment and assured me my symptoms would be resolved. I then went to another urgent care several days later because my eye pain was getting worse. I then was told by the second doctor I had seen at the separate urgent care there is a piece of metal in my eye. I am now at the emergency room trying to get this removed. In short DO NOT go here, they gave me a misdiagnosis and costed me several days of getting treatment. Also, just reading the reviews it doesn't look like the owner does anything about these issues. My son came home from school Friday morning feeling under the weather, by Saturday evening his fever was no longer responding to Tylenol so we went in just after 7 pm. The front office staff was helpful and kind. The office was clean and spacious. Masks were offered there as well. We were in and out by 8:30 pm. Went with the hubby a couple weeks ago on a weeknight evening. The usual place we go to had just closed for the day. He was told it would be a three hour wait. Two girls working behind the counter. Large waiting area, which was good, because they were getting really busy. The hubby was called in after about 45 minutes and we were on our way out after we'd been there for just an hour. On the NE corner of Shaw and Willow. Open 24 hours. The hubby was happy with the person who had helped him...he had actually just dealt with the same ailment in his household. Don't go here if you need medicine or antibiotics to feel better. I had a sinus infection and was told to take Zyrtec. I was already taking that, which it had zero affect. She told me I had a viral infection and use a nose spray. I feel like they just guess what is going on with you and send you on your way. Terrible place. read more

After going to a different urgent care, I was diagnosed with a punctured eardrum caused by Accelerate Care during a common ear cleaning. Their technique and technician were not professional at all. Went back after four days of excruciating pain and discomfort and saw different provider and he stated he couldn't see eardrum because of remaining wax. Deniability ? Gave me ear drops that did not help. Went to another urgent care after another week of pain and was properly diagnosed and prescribed with an oral antibiotic which has helped in two days. Went in because I needed an emergency refill on my epilepsy medications. Made an appointment online. Went in. Was seen timely. The doctor came in and asking me what medication and I told him. He said he would call in the script to my pharmacy and walked out. Ok great, that was easy. (Btw I've missed 2 of my doses already hence the emergency). So the next morning when the pharmacy finally opens, I go to get the script. Walgreens says they never got it. (I've missed 3 doses at this point). So I call these guys back and the guy kept me on hold for like 20 minutes doing what I'm assuming is calling it in and he gets back on the phone and was like "ok I will send it in about 15/20 minutes so you should have it in about an hour".... Ummm ok... no clarification of why it wasn't sent in the first place but I didn't want to give a hard time so I just said thank you. I go to Walgreens a couple hours later and they STILL never got it. So by the time I'm able to make it over to this urgent care again I've missed 5 doses. I'm a second away from status epilepticus. (DEATH) . And I asked the guy up front what's up and he says that their system has been down and haven't been able to select pharmacies. he's not sure if they can send it ... I'm sorry what?? Then why are you even open right now? And then another lady comes and tells me that they aren't allowed to prescribe my scheduled medication and that I need to go to ER. !! Why did it take me 2 visits, a phone call, and 2 trips to the pharmacy to be told that information??? If I needed to go to the ER, I think the doctor should have told me to go to the ER. BECAUSE CLEARLY ITS AN EMERGENCY. literally putting my life at risk and making me pay for it read more

Been on 2 occasions and on both the MD doesn't less than 2 minutes in the room... literally. Also, both times I had to be seen elsewhere.

The teo girls up front were friendly but the process is a scam. Waited for over 3 hours to see someone, when they take you back to check your vitals as they state it's merely to check your temperature and ask where does it hurt. Then that's enough for them to ask for a payment with a slight chance you will see someone next. I was told at this point the x-ray tech was in till 930pm so we can see him before he leaves. That's another lie. Wait until 930 they call us back again sit us in room to wait, only to find out the tech left and we can give you some pain meds if you need them. So total of 6 hours of waiting and lied to twice. I would rather go to an Emergency center at a hospital. Same chance of getting sick waiting for 6 hours in a room full of people coughing. I will keeping leaving 1 star reviews on this place if that helps another child not wait only to not be seen or assisted but offered pills. read more

We thought that having an appointment would get us seen more quickly. NOT TRUE !! Appointment was for 1:20 pm, she was not seen until 2:40. Needed an XRAY- they told us on the phone that "yes, we have X Ray". What they didn't tell us that the X Ray tech might not be present all the time. Finally left the place around 5:00 pm. Total time waiting was over 4 hours. Will absolutely never go to ACC in Clovis again. Never read more

Oh the receptionist is a gem! When she asked me what I was coming in for I stated that I really didn't wanna say it in the almost DEAD QUIET lobby and then she STILL proceeded to ask me the same damn question! Not like I was embarrassed or anything right? And then because she asked me again I had to go through the embarrassment of describing it to her as quietly as I could! Came in for an xray from a soccer injury. Used the online wait list feature on the website, submitted all documents needed. Came in and only a few people waiting, so I was expecting a quick turn around. 2 hours later, and nothing. I went up to the front desk several times and the entire staff used the excuse that the Dr. on duty is extremely slow. We made it to the back and the medical assistant even complained that this is a new Dr. and she was extremely slow. I asked for the doctor's name, I was given the name Gill. Extremely unprofessional. The staff was helpful and I understand they are helpless when the doctor is in her office not seeing patients. read more

Crappiest service! Long wait even though there were only a couple people in the waiting area. The receptionists at the front desk were singing to each other loudly in between patients, the nurse who checked my sons vitals smacked her teeth when I said I didn't know his height and weight since it had been a month or two since his last doctors visit! When we finally got into a room, it was 35 minutes before the nurse practitioner even came in. My son ended up having a small ear infection and despite me telling the nurse and nurse practitioner that my son was allergic to amoxicillin, they still sent it to his pharmacy. honestly I decided to come to here for my first time as a last resort, and it will DEFINITELY be my last. I'm suffering from a crazy ENT virus and was recommended to come in due to the severity of my symptoms; the workers were incredibly short with their responses and offered little to no help. It was pretty dead when I arrived. I waited an hour in lobby, just to wait 20 more minutes to be seen by the doctor. Only to have the doctor act annoyed that I was there to be seen. The actual assessment lasted at least 2 minutes.... and the doctor did a single test on me and sent me on my way with a diagnosis that wasn't even correct and not even prescription for medication to help my symptoms. If you are truly in need of urgent care please go anywhere else. you will not get the help you need. read more

What a nice surprise to find an Urgent Care open on a Sunday night, until 9pm. We got there at 8:25 and were out the door at 9. My 16 year was so congested that I finally took him and ....ear infection. His prescription was called into the 24 hour pharmacy, so he was able to start those almost immediately (which is amazing) The place was crowed when we got there, but very clean. The front desk staff was nice, the person who got all the info ready for the Dr. was great, and the time we waited to see the Dr. was under 5 minutes. She was a thorough, kind and pretty. As a former employee of AUC, I'd hoped since I left the company in 2018 that their customer service had gotten better. Boy was I wrong. I walked into the Clovis location at 1:40pm and 5 other parties were ahead of me. I walked out at 3:30, unseen. Not only had all 5 parties before me been seen and left, multiple other parties had come after my arrival and been seen and elft before me. I am not sure who is back there triaging but they aren't good at it. I came in with a 9 month old baby with a fever, nothing ER worthy, but wanted to check him out before I could see his pediatrician, but no worries the girl who cane after me with a UTI apparently is more important. I almost didn't go to this urgent care because of how many bad reviews there were, but being as my care needs were urgent I didn't have a choice. I made an appointment for 8:30 in the morning and showed up at about 8:20. They had me back with one of the providing nurses by 8:35 and into a room with a doctor by 845. I got treated and prescribed medication and was out the door by 855. Maybe I just got lucky, but everyone in this whole building was super helpful this morning, and it was a very speedy and efficient expenditure of my time as well as theirs. I also enjoyed that I was allowed to input all of my insurance and identification information online rather than putting it in the morning of my appointment. This definitely helped get me back into a room quicker in my opinion. read more

I went there for an ear infection. It took 3 hours and the staff gave no detailed explanation for my first time visit of billing and after care. After waiting for 3 hours I was called back and waiting another 20. The doctor came in and didn't seem to care about my wellbeing, she checked my ears aggressively without being careful after I express immense pain. She barely checked before prescribing medication without a proper diagnosis being explained. Went in for Bladder problem waited 2 hours to seen. On our way back to exam room we asked if they are able to place a foley catheter. Medical assistant said. No,they didn't do that there we would have to go to ER. WE said ok and asked for our $50 copay back. The Physician agreed to giving our copay back so we went to the front desk and went to get our money back. We were then told that we would have to wait for the manager to call back to Accelerated Urgent Care to approve refund and that could take 2 additional hours. WE told the front desk that we expected the refund, we would not be waiting for 2 hours there because we had to go to the Hospital for care and expected the refund back on our card. Checked with the back and they processed the $50.00 charge ad have not refunded at this time.. Also before you can be seen they expect you to sign a paper stating that if they commit malpractice that you give up your rights to a jury/court ruling. read more

Not feeling well, you don't want to have extra driving trips. Ensure your medication was sent to the pharmacy before you leave the clinic. I made a trip to the pharmacy. Waited in line at the pharmacy. My prescription was not received. I had to call urgent care through the call center, yes waiting again for my call to be answered. Call center contacts the clinic, the provider is at lunch for the next hour. I drive home and now am on a time crunch with my pharmacy getting my prescription before they close and then having to drive back to the pharmacy. Again, when you want to just lay down and rest, this was not a pleasant experience at all. read more

This was my first urgent care experience and I'm pleasantly surprised. I was in and out in just about an hour and a half and that included having my foot x-rayed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean. I came on a Sunday and as I was leaving there was def a lot more ppl in the waiting room, so maybe the earlier you get here the better. But it was a good experience for me and if I had to come to urgent care again I would come here. read more

I was seen about 5 weeks postpartum due to chest pain, stomach pain and nausea. As expected there was a long wait which I had no problem with. They had me leave a urine sample and right after the doctor came in to tell me it came back positive and I was pregnant. I'm shocked and respond Yes my hormones are still out of whack there is no way I'm pregnant I just had a baby. Doctors response is while are you having intercourse. After I clarify there is no way I'm pregnant he proceeds to tell me I may have a stomach flu. I tell him I don't have fever or vomiting and share I had similar feelings with last pregnancy and it may be panic attack. At that point he tells me there is nothing I can do for you since you are still under the care of your OB I suggest you schedule an appointment. After the disappointing visit I receive a $438 dollar bill turns out my insurance is considered out of network yet no one ever explained this before. I would suggest to find a different urgent care and do not recommend. read more
