I needed to have a subzero icemaker replaced. The previous repair person did not replace it correctly nor use the right icemaker. Also needed to have a griddle stem unit installed on a Viking range from the beginning. I spoke with Xena and she was extremely customer service focused she listened to my issue and my concerns. She explained the charges for evaluation of both items. The repair technician came out. He was very professional explained everything. Subzero icemaker was on backorder, but they stayed in contact with me and as soon as it came in, we scheduled today, April 16 for work to be completed which it was done. Everything was professional. He showed my elderly neighbor a repair estimate for her dryer & told her to look at it & sign it. She did but he became loud, incredibly rude & downright frightening when she told him that she wanted to "have another pair of eyes look over the estimate" (mine) before he did anything. She thought the estimate looked kind of high. When she couldn't get ahold of me, she told him that she had changed her mind about having him do the work. He told her it was too late because she already signed the paper! He got very loud & even got in her face! She said she wasn't comfortable with the whole thing now & he said "What are you... drunk?!" She told him that he needed to leave but he wouldn't. She threatened to call 911 & his reply was "Go ahead!" She said that she wanted to keep her copy of the estimate. She reached for the paper in his hands & he stepped towards her. He startled her, she lost her balance & fell in her garage!! She screamed and he left. The police were called out & were very kind, but unfortunately they said it was a civil issue along with VERY POOR business etiquette from a rude man. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will also be sharing with anyone and everyone I know. Bad business practices!!I found the screws that keep the clamps bolted to the motor, on the floor in front of my dryer. I called Expert Appliance Repair to determine the cause of a water leak from my GE refrigerator. The repairman named Sonny could not tell me what was causing the leak. He said he needed to do a cleaning maintenance ($120) on the refrigerator before he could possibly give me the cause of the water leak. He was very rushed and acted angry when I kept asking for the reason for the water leak. He complained about the time he was spending at my home. When he left, he did not put the cardboard panel on the back of the refrigerator in place correctly. When I called the owner, he told me I was trying to scam him, and he would make sure no appliance service company would service my refrigerator. He said I wanted a class on how refrigerators operate. I was quoted $45 service fee (presumably for diagnostics) for a microwave problem. The service technician had to remove the unit from the cabinet in order to open the top for diagnosis. In the end he produced me a final invoice of $240, $40 for parts + tax, $135 for labor and $60 for taking the microwave out of its hole and putting it back. In my opinion the diagnosis procedure should include the removal and reinstall. How else can you perform thorough diagnosis? I'm going to keep away from now on. read more

Very disappointed in this company! Sonny came out to diagnose/repair. The quote ended up at $278 plus tax without even opening the dryer to for verification of the problem and we declined service. Sonny decided maintenance should be done along with the repair and a high labor rate. Upon declining, he thought it necessary to disconnect the dryer saying it was his legal obligation. When I asked him to open the top of the dryer he said there was no need to do so. Another company came and fixed the problem for half the price. read more
