F- I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience with Expert auto Upholstery was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. I first called and spoke with Todd, who was pleasant on the phone and said he'd get back to me with a quote the same day. I never heard back, so two weeks later I went to the shop in person. He apologized, said he was very busy, and offered to go over the job right then. We discussed what needed to be done to my convertible, including replacing all the old rubber seals. He wrote me a quote of $2,150 on the back of his business card. When I returned two weeks later ready to leave a $1,000 deposit and get started, Todd suddenly questioned the original quote. I reminded him he had written it down, and he said he would get me new quote lol and call me back by the end of the day not accepting the one he already handwritten. Again, no follow-up. Two weeks later, I received a quote by email for nearly $2,300--then another email shortly after saying that quote was incorrect, and a final version bumped up to $2,500. I've been patient and respectful through the whole process, but the constant delays, lack of communication, and shifting prices made it feel like I was chasing someone to take my business. If the price was $2,500 from the beginning, that would've been fine--but giving me three different quotes over time is not how professional service should be handled. Todd seems like a genuinely nice person or a good used car sales person, but unfortunately, this experience was a complete waste of my time. If you plan to work with this shop, get everything in writing--and even then, be cautious. I tried to go local, but I would not recommend this business based on how things were handled. I'm pretty sure by now. My quote by now is prob 3500 it only keeps going up. Lol what a joke. read more

Todd did an amazing job with getting our seats looking better than new in my 2008 Cadillac Escalade. It's old but we call it our beast because it just keeps going and the kids love this SUV. So we can't part with it. I took it to Todd and he ordered factory seat cushions for us, we had a couple of parts on the side of the center counsel coming off as well as my arm rest had part of the leather tearing apart.
