I…read morestopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!

Armen give me an estimate until he saw it in person. We were happy with the estimate and went to take her car to the shop. The price was still the same and Armen explain the whole process to us. The cost was very reasonable and less than we thought it was going to cost. They accept cash and credit card with no fee. The work took about 3 days and they went above and beyond on the work. There was some internal damage that we couldn't see but Armen fixed them with no additional charge. They also washed the car and was in the process of applying the tire dressing when we arrived to pick up the car. It looked better than before and we are overjoy with the amazing work they did. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who need body work on their car. Customer service is top notch and their craftsman is amazing. The warranty is also lifetime so that's always good.

Then I pulled into Ann Collision Center. From the moment I arrived, Sam and his team greeted me warmly, offered refreshments, and actually took time to listen to what I needed. That alone made me feel comfortable. As a woman, I often feel uneasy walking into auto shops alone, but Sam and his staff made me feel completely safe, respected, and at ease. There was no pressure or attitude, just genuine professionalism and kindness. Sam explained his process, the quality of his work, and even told me a bit about his customers and how much pride he takes in his craft. He also offered to fix my two rearview mirrors that had come loose, something other shops didn't even bother to look at. His quote was fair, and his energy felt genuine. In Los Angeles, the driving capital of the world, there isn't a shortage of mechanics and body shops but not all are created equally. JoJo's Auto Body is top notch! My dad has been a client of Manar and JoJo's Auto Body for various projects and of course recommended him highly. My dad is of a certain generation where nothing less than perfection is acceptable, so I knew he'd done his due diligence. JoJo's had done some significant work on two of my parents' cars. Of course, then, I contact Manar. Unfortunately, parked right in front of our home, my driver's side view mirror was clipped by a passing car that had drifted. I happened to be inside the car and the car drifted right, hit the mirror and sped off. Immediately after, I contacted Manar. We scheduled an intake. He was punctual, professional, and transparent about options and cost. He provided me with the necessary information and I felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision immediately. He had one of his technicians tape up the remnants of the rear view mirror to cover it while we decided. A few weeks passed and we decided to have the entire mirror replaced. We asked Manar to let us know when the mirror would arrive and we could just come in and have it taken care of quickly. He contacted me on a Monday to say the mirror replacement was at the shop. We scheduled a time for me to take the car on Wednesday and within 35 minutes of arriving the work was done. In addition to his professionalism, quality of work, and honesty, Jojo's is a well managed and kept body shop. I mean no one really wants to sit around a body shop but if ever you need to, JoJo's is immaculate. There is plenty of parking, clear signage, and a welcome reception and office manager. Each visit I was asked if I needed anything to drink, including water or coffee.
