My car was making a lot of noise due to bad brakes, so I first took it to a Volvo dealer and a few different mechanics to get estimates for new brake pads and rotors. The estimates were way over my budget, so I was recommended to contact the owner of Top Collision Center. I was introduced to the owner, Ryan, who told me I could stop by so he could take a look at the car. I dropped my Volvo off in the morning and stayed at a nearby coffee shop. Again, I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for new brake pads and rotors, but Ryan worked with me to make sure I got the best possible deal. Most importantly, he made sure the work was done properly and that my car was safe to drive. I was constantly updated throughout the process, and my car was finished after just a few hours. After giving TOPLINE a good review I recently went to get my registration renewed and found out that when they replaced my 2008 hood TOPLINE did not take the old sticker for the catalytic converter off and place it on the new hood therefore I couldn't get my new registration. When I called them back and asked them why they had no answers and basically took no responsibility, my Lawyer says I should sue them! so now they have put me in a very difficult position. If you think you can trust TOPLINE for their service DON'T!!! NOW I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! Maybe they'll figure it out! read more

I had the worst experience with this body shop. I originally brought my car in for a few scratches and just wanted them buffed out. He went on about how he could do the other scratches on my car for me if I just went thru insurance. First I thought he was scamming insurance but being that my car was vandalized he made it clear that insurance should fix it so I did. Terrible terrible terrible services. I left my car there for over a month (just for a paint job) I had to bring it back and forth because his promised finish date was not correct his workers broke pieces inside of my car (buttons to access the gas tank and trunk) and then did not put my cars parts back together properly. I couldn't put gas until they fixed it my car barely made it back on empty to their shop for a second repair. They left sanding scuffs all over my car inside the gas take on the rubber exterior on the doors scratched and damaged other parts of my car my trunk was falling apart because it wasn't put together properly. I made it kinda clear to this guy that I love my car being a first owner and i was willing to pay him for good work that he promised but while fixing the scratches he also did more damages that were never there. A dent on the inside of my trunk. My battery was completely drained it did not start when I picked it up and I tried giving him the benefit of a doubt that it was "sitting" for a while. But it wouldn't start on multiple occasions I took it back and he swapped my battery which I was not aware of. I took it to the dealership because it's fairly new I still had warranty for the battery and that's when I was informed that the battery was not original. He also didn't put my emblems back and got upset at me for asking him to put them back as if they weren't important to the car. Maybe not to him but this is my car my baby I wanted it fixed the proper way but this was just way too unprofessional. He also didn't put back the plastic guards for the doors and handles to prevent scratches and sent me somewhere else to have them put on since I "wanted them so badly" but that's how the car came so why not fix it how it should be originally?? Then where he sent me ALSO did a poor job I had to return twice also because the plastic would come off after that I gave up and just accepted I did this to myself.. I don't know if this is just my experience with him I'm sure others had greater experiences with him but this Is just my experience. He asked me to leave him a good review but I just couldn't lie about the horrible services he gave me. I would never trust a crappy hole in the wall place like this again especially with something very valuable to you. I have a 2021 jeep grand cherokee and had accident on 405 freeway. I found Topline Collision Center on yelp and called Ryan the owner. By talking to him already got a conference to take my car over his shop. The damage was on the front of the car and he explained me exactly what needs to be done.
