Great Morning. Today Saturday 3/7/26 my day started out awesome. I arrived for my MRI appointment and the staff was helpful from the get go. Arrived on site had an early MRI scheduled and was greeted immediately. Was confirmed for my appointment and proceeded to be informed of what was next to happen. Process was explained, issued scrub pants and a locker and was advised to change and step out for the tech. The tech called my name verified what the plan was and assisted me to the scanning room. Once inside we helped me get set and explained the process one more time and began the scanning process. Tech checked in on me a couple times, asking if there was any discomfort or issues. The whole process due to two type of scans needed took about 1-1/2 hours. Not bad as I though it would take longer. Thank you to the staff and the techs for assisting me today. You are truly appreciated. Unfortunately no cell phones are allowed in the immediate area so I do not have any pictures to share but the space is immaculate and clean. No issues in the housekeeping department. Once again thank you very much for your assistance. read more

I went to have 2 each MRI's done today at noon. I was excited to have found an MRI you can sit up straight in. What they don't tell you is that its only approx 20" wide so even crunching in my shoulders I did not fit. You have to squeeze all the way to the back wall and it very narrow for a big shoulder guy like me. They were very nice and tried everything but in the end it was futile. The staff was very courteous and outstanding in effort, and on time.The facility seemed very clean and had lots of bottled water on hand for all. I just wished they had published how wide the sit down MRI was so as not to waste my time and day. My rating is 4 stars! read more

I had 2 MRIs 15 min each. And was pleasantly surprised that they had sit-down MRI. I'm claustrophobic and was so happy when I saw the type MRI...Made my stress go away. The MRI techs were so sweet and attentive. The office is very nice, spacious and clean as I entered the front lobby. I also want to mention that Kathy helped with questions I had in filling out the firms. Very very helpful and patient. Also after I came out to the lobby, the young ladies were very friendly and handed me a CD of my MRIs and the other will be automatically sent to my Dr. Thank Expert MRI staff. First of all the tech was great... I'm a patient with Multiple Sclerosis, fat, and very claustrophobic and I use a walker... It's easy access and getting an MRI is never an easy experience, but this one is... All you have to do is sit in the machine, it's open in the front, nothing in your face and watch TV.... I've had a brain, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar... For years I would panic at the thought of get those done and now no problem... Thanks guys read more

I drove down 45 to the center bc they offer an open machine for claustrophobic patients . As soon as I walked into the facility , I was greeted and given so much care and respect . Samantha and Danny have the hardest job checking everyone in at the front desk and did it with grace and ease . When I was taken to the back , I experienced a little bit of anxiety but Juliana and her students calmed my nerves and took the role of caring , kind and compassionate nurses . Everyone was very very nice. It's the first place I've gone to in a while, where EVERYONE was super friendly. They all greet you and are very polite. Everyone all seemed to get along with each other as well. It was nice to see. read more

Great staff, process and experience. I was in and out with CD in hand in under a half an hour. The open face MRI procedure was a breeze compared to traditional MRI's and open-sided. This was my second visit and I would not hesitate to return for future MRI needs. read more

All the staff I came in contact with were very polite and professional. The doctor who injected my wrist explained what he was doing and made me feel comfortable. The MRI tech explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable for the MRI. Everything ran very well considering the amount of patients in the waiting area. I was very anxious about having my MRI today as I am extremely claustrophobic. The receptionist/Marisela was extremely patient and reassuring as she not only explained the procedure but escorted me to the room where the procedure would take place. I took my mom here and we had the worst experience. She was in MRI Machine for twenty minutes and they took her out and told her that they didn't get good images. And they needed to change the knee clamp to get better images. Shouldn't they have known that sooner than the twenty minutes? And they wanted to do it all over again for another twenty minutes. My mom has been experiencing pain constantly and to endure the procedure contributed more to her pain and anxiety. To not have been completed period read more

I appreciate how I was greeted when. I arrived. The person at the desk (I forgot her name), was very friendly and kind. She was very thorough and helpful. She walked me through the process before my exam and was very sympathetic to my need of a larger size gown and pants. The 3 ladies in the rear office were awesome as well! All three were patient and explained the process of the MRI thoroughly. The gentleman that did my xray was very nice as well. I love the fact that the office was clean and organized. Everything was as billed. No surprises. The staff was very helpful and the place was sparse but clean. Overall was a good experience.

My appointment went very smoothly! The young lady at the reception helped me get checked in right away, and then two assistants helped me into the machine and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Some of the rudest, nastiest unkind receptionists I've ever encountered in all my life! Upon walking in, no greeting. One receptionist whispers to the other telling her they won't be able to complete all the services I was scheduled for. Supposedly there is a 15 minute "grace" period. I was 1 minute late after this "grace" period. These three desk reps clearly have an over exaggerated sense of power to be answering phones and scheduling appointments. Take your business some where else Please!! Rude, rude, rude, rude, rude and rude!!!!!!! Less than 1 star but that's the least rating to be given. read more

I had two MRIs that were done in a very timely timeframe. The care given was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I'm rating this facility 5 stars solely on the staff which were so amazing. My husband was in so much pain that sitting for an MRI seemed impossible but they were so understanding, patient and gentle we were able to get it done! As for the facility itself...the TV's were too loud and the chairs were all pretty much broken. read more

Everyone here was so nice and professional. My tech Beth bloom was so kind to me and helpful - she can tell I was scared and she was so sensitive and really helped me when I was In the mri. She was so kind and loving and was so supportive to me the entire time. I felt cared for and loved and I would highly recommend technician Beth bloom. Also the front desk Adrianna R was so kind and helpful when I checked in very professional and offered me water and was very compassionate. Thank you Expert MRI the open mri is the best. read more

One of the worst experiences in my life. That thing was super loud and scary. Plus I felt the radiation going through my body and they say that radiation causes cancer . So now I'm afraid I will be diagnosed with cancer in body some where down the road. If I can avoid it, I will never get an MRI in my life ever again, especially in that place. Theu didn't help me get my ear rings off and their where weird and where imposible to wear. Zero Stars for them. read more
