You guys are all so kind thank for making this experience easier .. I was a long drive but I am glad we chose your clinic to do my MRIs

I was in time for my 9pm appointment, yet I wasn't called in for the scan for 50 minutes. Then, after I changed into the gown, there was another 20 minutes of sitting in a TINY waiting room with other patients (strangers!) also in gowns. That waiting-room experience is AWFUL. The technicians were great, so I give a star for that. But here I sit, in my physician's office for my diagnosis--a full week later--and it turns out that "Expert" MRI *never* faxed over the assessment which they said would be sent to my doctor "within 2-3 days." So, (a) you waste my time by not honoring the appointment time. Then (b) you place me in an awkward situation with other patients in towns. And then (c) you FAIL to do the one follow-up job, which is sending the report to my doctor. Now (d) even more of my time is being wasted, while I sit here waiting for my doctor's staff to contact "Expert" MRI and get them to send the fax that they should have sent, days ago. Not a good customer experience. read more

Customer service is intuitive. Online form are easy to fill. However the MRI machine is very noisy, even you have the ear plugs, it is still noisy... I thought they would have newer machine that is less noisy... read more

The front desk and the techs were all fabulous. Liked having CD I. Hand when leaving. The only suggestion is the facility could have been cleaner and bathroom in better repair read more

They told me to arrive at 8pm and I didn't get scanned until 9:15om almost they didn't even let me know they were going to delay my scan, by the time I got scanned my pain medication wore off and I was in pain in the scanner but was able to finish. The tech assistant and tech were nice and helpful no complaints with them. read more

I do not recommend this facility. I had an appointment on a Monday and lost it. They scheduled me for a ct scan on Monday knowing they do not do ct scan on Mondays. Instead they rescheduled me to another facility which it was 40 minutes from my house without letting me know. I arrived 40 minutes early to my appointment and to my surprise i was in the wrong facility. I lost a day of work for this appointment and know I have to schedule another appointment and lost another day of work. I do not appreciate it. read more

I went to get an MRI of my inner auditory canals because my ENT suspected there was a tumor near my ear canal that was causing my tinnitus. I called to schedule an appointment and confirm they had spoken to my insurance company and that everything was good. I went to the appointment, paid what was due, and left. A few days later, I found out from my ENT that this place did an MRI of my brain and not my IAC, which was useless. I called Expert MRI to find out what happened and they said that the IAC was denied by my insurance. I asked why they didn't tell me when I was scheduling & when showed up and paid and they said our lab tech mis-read the denial from the insurance and thought it was approved. They learned it wasn't approved day of the scan and still didn't tell me. Aside from scamming people for scans to get money, they injected me three different times to do an MRI with contrast. I had bruises for a week. Would not recommend. Poor customer service, and poor care on site. read more

I had an MRI done here. I came in, filled out the paperwork, did the MRI, and walked out. No extra waiting, no wasted time. The whole staff were great! They were professional, courteous, and very efficient! They kept me on track and guided me along the way. The office is very clean and well stocked. One recommendation: please provide better ear plugs. The little ear plugs used did not block enough noise from the MRI machine. Facility was clean, check in was easy, and the staff was really nice. They made sure I was comfortable and were accommodating when I had to change my appointment at the last minute. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the annoying autodialer when they're scheduling you. It called me nonstop. Also, when checking out I was handed a DVD with my images and I was like how the heck am I supposed to access them? It's 2025 and dvds are artifacts now . Hopefully they upload them to the patient portal or make that adjustment in the future bc a dvd is crazy. Overall great facility and staff! read more

First time I've had to sit in the middle of MRI machine. The team has great Customer Service!

Generally, everything went fine during my visit. The only thing I want the management to consider is to provide patients with appropriate ear protection when undergoing MRI. The MRI equipment even though you're sitting is just as noisy as other MRI donut machines I went through. I had headache afterwards. read more

My husband had two consecutive MRIs done at this clinic. They ran 1 1/2 hrs late. we arrived for our 10:30 appointments and left at 3 pm. The employees were polite and gave bottles of water while we waited. The facility is dingy, bare-bones decor, desperately in need of updating/ remodeling. Including the bathroom. If my husband needs further imaging, we will insist upon another of that company's locations and hope for the better! read more

The office is nice and the Technicians were really wonderful but I waited more than an hour to begin a scan for my 12:30 appointment while my husband waited in the car. Afterwards they asked me to wait while they burned a CD of my scan. After 20 minutes, I finally asked how much longer. They hadn't even checked to see if the images were ready so the burn didn't begin until I went up to the desk.. I feel very badly for people who don't want to bother the front desk because I have no idea how long it would have been before they called me with it if I hadn't said something. I finally left more than two hours after arrival for a ten minute scan. read more

I came here for an MRI. I am claustrophobic equipment. Here is outstanding. I had no fear at all. I was just a little nervous, but that's to be expected. Given the relatively poor location and older looking building, the service and staff were excellent. Very seamless, efficient with very little waiting. I even got a completion MRI and x-ray disc within five minutes of leaving. read more

Back office lady with the short hair that takes care of operating the MRI station at the night shift is extremely insensitive and rude. Why give us the ball to squeeze in case of an emergency if she's just going to roll her eyes and talk among coworkers, yea I seen her im only sitting right in front of the glass see through window!!!! She came in and had her assist unhook me, she told me we can't be doing this test all night. When I told her I seen her make a face when I squeezed the ball she immediately didn't know what to say and she quickly let me know how we can do the test over again if I like. Trying to guilt trip me saying if she shows my MRI photos to the doctor she will get yelled at by him. read more
