VERY Pleased with the service and quality on my deck and sidewalk cleaning by Expert Power Wash! (503-403-6185). I called them after 5:00 pm but their customer service was great. I needed a quote right away, and Tim came out the same evening, and then juggled his schedule to accommodate my request to have it done before the weekend. In spite of my limited budget we were able to agree on a reasonable price to clean the most important areas of my home. Tim called ahead of time to advise he could show up earlier than our appointment, which worked out great for me. He has the right equipment and know-how to do a professional job, and took his time to do it thoroughly and completely. I'm a senior citizen residing in Clackamas County, and really appreciated Tim's offer of assistance to move my heavy planters out of the way before he began. Tim Cray (owner) did a fantastic job power washing all of the walkways and soft washing the asphalt parking area, and power washed all of the gutters for a 4-plex. He took great care with all phases of the project. The tenants were very happy with how wonderful it looks and the owner is very pleased! Needless to say, I made the right choice calling him! Did a great job on our vinyl siding and walks/ driveway. We had a lot of quotes and have used other companies before that only use WATER. Here, they use pre and post cleaner solution that keeps stuff away so it doesn't just come right back. We had this done in May and I purposely waited until July to write this review to see if any algae came back yet - it has not. Plus they use this awesome scrubbing machine to clean the walkways and it sure does make them spic and span! Much attention to detail- yes, it costs a bit more than just having someone spray things down with plain water and not use the scrubber, but in the end, we think it is well worth it :) read more
