went in for simple sub and amp. dropped it off at 5am nobody called to say it was done . get there and noticed it was a inch and a half gap from the top of my radio to the vent it wasn't like that before I brought it in. previously I had sound wave instal a Tesla style screen in it and it fit perfect very good work. so they take it in the back and got trying to modify it 2 hrs later they bring it around and I noticed my arm rest broken . It was dark so I didn't notice my broken vent until the next day I noticed my air went was broken. AMAZING! Had been thinking of putting some sounds in my second car for a while, and was looking for a good out-fitter for the job. Reviewed some Yelp and Google reviews and low and behold - Premier Auto Sound stuck out like a sore thumb with attitude! Prior to going, I gave them a call to see if I could get in that day. John answered the phone, he told me yes, but not sure if the work could be done prior to them closing at 3 pm (this was Saturday). I went anyway because the money I had I didn't want to spend on something stupid. Walked into the store and was truly amazed. The place was upscale, a large selection or products for cars, boats and RV's, music playing that added to the modern theme, and a very relaxing waiting with cable TV. A shop in the back to do work (don't go back there, you can catch a charge), John, who was with another customer, acknowledge me and told me he'd be with me in a few. I interacted with John and the customer as John explained a variety of options to the customer - As he did, I paid attention. Once done, John greeted me with a smile and said "I knew it was you because I recognized that Ford Focus" ( I told him the make and model of my car when we spoke on the phone). We browsed the products for about 5 minutes, John ask what I was looking for and my options. He recommended a Pioneer stereo system that fit all my needs. 'LETS DO IT" I said, and John wrote up the ticket. This was all in 10 minutes. I was expecting my car to be ready around closing time, but I notice they got my car in immediately. I left the story to get some lunch and then returned while they worked on my car. John recommended the waiting room and told me I could watch what I want on TV. Man they had FIOS like I have at home. I turned on the NCAA Tournament and enjoyed a basketball game. Around 2:15pm, I seen my car being pulled up in the parking lot, I was excited! I went to the counter, John said, "I was about to come get you." I settled my debt, which was a very nice price for what I got then John and I went out to my car so he could explain how to use the new system. He went over the details, set up my iPhone to the system and expressed his passion for what he does! AWESOME SERVICE! John recommended new speakers and not all the way around for this system. Took our Jeep Wrangler in for ideas as the stock radio and speakers were terrible...tinny, rattling on bass, just awful. Matt walked me through options on a new head unit, back-up camera, and replacement speakers. Not a cheap day, but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and the job they did is AMAZING!! The new touchscreen and backup camera are flawless and the sound is better than I had even hoped for. Great guys, you can tell they have a passion for what they do. Terrible customer service and the quality is just as bad. We had an appointment for tint and I waited there for almost 5 hours. Then the tint peeled on 2 of our windows. Keep in mind that my fiancé and I both work at body shops and are very knowledgeable about tint. We took proper care of our tint and it still peeled. To top it off they agreed to redo it and when we made an appointment they quoted us a cost for the two windows. We had receipts and mentioned that they clearly had agreed to correct THEIR mess up. They refused to do it unless we paid. I highly suggest you think twice before you go here, especially if you plan on having quality work done. Mike, I am 100% sure it was there. It's been awhile now. We actually came there with the receipt. We've already paid another company to remove and redo the tint. I personally waited there, so I am 100% sure how long I waited. I could've got over the wait, but not redoing the tint under warranty 6 months after installation after saying you would and having a receipt is inexcusable. read more

I can't afford to get what I originally wanted but I was amazed at the great customer service I received from the staff there. Went in there to get my radio and subs wired up and right off the bat they had a small attitude and were being rude as FUCKKKKKKKK I then showed them what I had and they said "wow" in a negative way I still proceeded to be calm and to do business with them as I left my keys with them and signed all the paperwork I come by the next day After they are closed around 6:10 PM because my friend had went and got my keys for me I got in the car and I had 2 broken parts I then went all the way home 40 minute drive and was pissed the whole ride next morning I called them and told them about it and they said bring it on by and we can see what we can do went over there and I walk in and he says with walk outside so I show him and he's like "I saw that when I was bringing the car around" Therefore if they were a good business they would've fixed it before bringing it around all the clips on the lining were broke that's six clips on one lining on my AC area And they said they would not fix it or get me a new piece They said I broke it and I took it off as I didn't and that would make no sense for me to do so the parts in my car near the AC we're not even lining up we're off and we're not flush so as I had the paperwork saying I have a one year warranty went inside and he's like can't do anything about it therefore drove 40 minutes for horrible customer service and horrible satisfaction rate they are literally a horrible company and their stuff is falling apart not to mention their sign outside and told me they don't care what I think only care what they think therefore this is why am leaving this I would think twice before coming here!!!! I WILL NOT HAVE WORK DONE ANYWHERE ELSE! I've had extensive work done on my last two trucks by the professionals at Premier Autosound. They listen intently to my ideas for the work I wanted done, recommended the best options for equipment installation scheduled the work around my schedule and completed the installation on time. The final product exceeded all my expectations!!!! Great job guys. Now for the list of my last install : 1) 2,000 watt inverter with additional 110 outlets and USB connections in the cab, 2) Sun shading tint with UVA & UVB filtering on all interior windows and the windshield to the maximum allied by law with a physician prescription and DMV approval, 3) Used the factory head then added a signal scrubber/ processor to improve the quality of the signal, added a 1,000 watt amp and a 200 watt amp to push two 10" JL Audio sub-woofers in a acoustically matched box and high end Focal speakers in the front and rear doors. If you upgrading your sound system - look no further that Focal speakers. You won't be disappointed. I'm now scheduling an appointment for my daughter who loves my system so much she wants to install Focals! I would drive 60+ miles just to have Premier Autosound do my work! read more

This shop takes a great pride in their work and pays attention to small details. When you walk in the door and to the counter, I have always been greeted with a smile and a friendly "how can I help you?" I not only purchase radio systems, but have with their assistance selling a system when I traded in my last car. They removed my old system, priced the subwoofer, two amps and sold them for me. On Point! I had an issue with my rear dash speaker (thought it was blown) and come to find out it wasn't. The problem was a little rattle I hear on certain songs, so the pros suggested a box and amp to take away the bass so the rear speakers would serve as mids. I just took my MDX to Mike for a remote start install. He was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. I have been coming to premier for over 10 years now and every experience has been great ever single time. Premier may be a little more expensive but always remember, you get what you pay for. It is obvious by the result of their work that they are professionals. Installation is as good as factory. You never see wires hanging out, missing or broken clips causing interior panels to not fit right after work, or poor placement of components. On 3/2/16 I bought a JL 12w3v3-4, pre-fab box, JL protective grill, and other miscellaneous parts. I didn't get around to installing until on 7/15/16 I bought a JL JX1000/1D from Premier. On the same day. I wired up everything according the supplied owners manual(not my first rodeo, been involved in car audio since 1993). Started my car and turned the volume up on the head unit to a comfortable listening level(about 5/8 of the available dial), slowly turn up the gain on the amp until it matches the front stage(about 50%). Everything was fine For the first two days. I was pretty happy until later in the day on Sunday the sub cuts out. Amp is still powered on with no fault indication. I recheck every connection. Nothing found. Today 7/19/16 I walk into the store and state what is going on only to be told that because I installed everything myself there would be a $95.00 system troubleshooting fee to check for proper installation. I stated that the system was installed properly. From there everything went downhill fast. The young man who waited on me said "do you know how many times I've heard that". I thought his tone was very short and rude. He then proceeded to tell me that they could send everything back to JL(at my cost) and weight weeks to here an answer back as to whether, or not JLy will warranty anything. This young man doesn't know me from atom and he continued to be very condescending.I walked out and said I'd have to think about it. At no time did the owner ever come to the counter to inquire as to what was going on(he wasn't called either). Bottom line if you buy something from Premier Auto Sound especially JL Audio products if you don't let them install it you have no warranty. Not that they care, but I'll never shop there again. I'll be heading to where I should have gone in the first place. It's a hike, but at least there I'll get a fair shake. read more

Made appointment to purchase a viper security and smart start system last Saturday. Went in Friday morning for appointment and was told I had to wait to see if another guy was coming from North Carolina to get work on his car...That is my issue for what? I told the counter guy I want the Viper LED flat square light not the little round LED. I was told that the piece is 16.00 and it would be 25.00 to put it in.....really I was already set to pay 690.00 for the alarm. Then they really say pay another 25.00 to add a light they would have to install anyway??? The owner said hey you can have your money back so guess what took it and left!! This is how petty he is and treat military. By the way I was told the owner will laugh at you if you ask about military discount by the counter guy. I guess they people walking in everyday for a 700 dollar car alarm... Must be making to much money? Well they won't get no more of mines. BTW they just did a Recon light bar about 2 weeks before for me and changed that price during installation as well for additional 40.00 because they didn't know what it entailed at first... They look like Pros but Uhhh.... My advice stay away turn down 700 dollars over 20 dollars for something you would have to do anyway. GLAD I got my money back and walked away! You should do the same! Owner seems rather cocky dont believe that just talk to him he acts like he doing you a favor. He knows most of the revenue in the area is military and actually has an article up in the store like he supports well I'm here to say NOT! My daughter got a remote start/alarm installed in her 2011 Honda Civic at premier auto sound. I went up there before it was installed and talked to them. They said they do quality work and not hack jobs. Well they installed the remote start system. It works sometimes and other times doesn't. I had a ASE mechanic look at it and all wires going through the firewall are rubbing the insulation off and shorting out. They also knock out a bulkhead connector that was in the firewall to run those wires. The wire in that connector was a larger main feed power wire that is now rubbing and could cause a fire if it shorts out. If a company is only charging you 99.00 to install a remote start you are going to get a hack job. Quality cost and a quality job takes about 3 hours. Yes the car was returned when the remote start stopped working the first time. I'm not sure if the guy who originally installed it worked on it the second time. So it was there two times and nobody fixed the wires. I didn't know it was like that until my ASE mechanic friend looked at it. He fixed all the problems and it now works again read more
