At check out I was charged 3 dollars more. I questioned Hannah and was told this was for the nail trim. I informed her that all these years I never paid for this service as it was always included . She stated sorry, but left the charge. I will never return to this Spa and I advise others as well. So I took a risk. First impression: clean and fresh. The music was a turn off (80s romantic songs) but that's only a minor thing. I sat in the chair and I was asked to "pick my jelly", which confused me til I realized it's the stuff they put in the water. It did feel nice, so points for that. The chair massager was really good. I got the basic pedicure, which was fine. I will go back next time during the week and get the mani-pedi, maybe a brow wax.
