These guys are awesome. I thought my ac compressor died, so they gave me a good quote on fixing it. The lowest I'd found, everyone else wanted $1000 or over. So I took my car there, and they gave me a lift back. Then called to tell me it wasn't my compressor, it was a smaller cheaper fix. (clutch relay). And then get this... I have an old Ford truck (2000 f-150). needed major work. Tony and his team put in a re-condition motor. this was one year ago. it runs as if brand new. no leaks, no a/c problems, no squeaks. quality motor, quality work!! recently I took my Chevy because it was leaking oil. they quoted me a price and I left it. once it was ready I went to pay and found out it was 1/2 of what the quoted me! HALF!!! they said it wasn't as bad as originally thought so they just charged for work done! WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME THIS HAPPENEED FOR YOU!!! read more

They might tell you your car needs something, but more often than not they will tell you if you DON"T need a certain service. And to me that means a lot! I can say I received the worst auto service ever here. I have been there for oil change and both oil and air filter change. They just changed the oil and oil filter and the service guy took out my car without even checking the air filter. When I asked why you didn't check the air filter he said it took more than an hour and I have another customer in line?????? What the HECK? I insisted that you need to check the air filter and this is the normal service, he said I need to ask the office and seek if there is extra charge because it takes time and I have another customer in line. I talked to the office and claimed about their poor service because I received more services with less cost in other places, they simply said we are old service center here and we have a lot of customers. We don't care if you never visit here again. You need to change your mind guys. It is not the way you provide service now. One star?? No stars would be better...My car was towed there to have a thermostat installed and inspected to renew my registration. They handed me paperwork with my contact number for them to call me with a complete estimate for repairs after diagnosing it. The next day they called me and left me a message it was ready. When they told me the cost I told them I didn't have that much money and I would have to wait for my check to arrive. I questioned the total cost but they said that's what they found. Finally I got paid and went to the shop to pick it up. They handed me the bill... $800.00... The labor charge of charging system check, installed a new alternator, retesting of the electrical system, installing a new battery,tow charge of 135.00,and 10.00 for an oil change,..... parts charge of 275.00 for a new alternator, 110.00 for a new battery, 26.00 for oil and filter....also a charge of 25.50 for safety & emissions inspection. Parts total 412,labor 360 plus tax. All this with no signature from me to authorize repairs and no new thermostat ...Also I found damage to my front bumper and a turn light housing knocked out. When I told them about this they said it was caused by the tow truck picking it up front ....When the tow truck arrived at my house to pick it up a flatbed truck as used to transport my car not a dolly or straps the driver actually walked with me before he left to assure me they was no damage except what was there before he started. I started to argue with the owner about the bill, the damage to my car and why the thermostat they said they would replace wasn't done. He told me to get my F'n ass out of there. In order to keep my car I paid the bill and drove off. I will be filing with the State a complaint for unauthorized repairs. I will not return to this shop!!!!! Between me and other family members we have known this owner for over 25 years and am very angry to be treated like this. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I downloaded this app just to warn everyone about this place. I was recommended here but was very disappointed if your into details here is what happend. I brought my 2016 f150 in for a random intermittent miss fire no check engine light was on. upon them diagnosing it they told someone put the wrong computer and it would only show data if manually entered as a 2014 due to it being in a previous accident (which is impossible because the 14 and 16 are two completely different units) so I did some investigation and found the computer is for that truck and has never been replaced the issue is there scan tool will not auto I'd my vehicle so he quoted me 1200 dollars for a new ecu program and two new keys but in fact they did nothing and charged the 110 diagnostic fee so when I went back to show what I had found the owner Tony looked me in the face and said there is no way I'm going to give you your money back you have the wrong computer or its programed as a 2014 which is also impossible lol he told me in a very aggressive way to take it to a dealer get them to prove him wrong bring him the proof and then he would give me back the money this place is a total rip off and do terrible work and handle business extreme poorly the mechanic came by and he as well was a total joke I have been in the car world for a long time and never have seen such b.s thrown around in my life. This place was my Dad's go to place for years. I started going there for oil changes because my Dad obviously trusted them. I've been very happy to discover that they fall into that wonderful category of mechanics who genuinely care about their customers and charge a reasonable price and only charge for work that needs to be done. I had been a customer for nearly 20 years, always loyal to them and had recommended them to several friends. When I went in for an inspection, they did not inform me that it was too early to get the inspection for my tag renewal. The Tax Assessor's office stated that they should have. Now I can't get my tags renewed without getting another inspection. When I called them as suggested by the Tax Assessor's office (who also suggested I file a complaint but I said no these are good people have always treated me well), I was treated extremely rudely and hung up on when I was being pleasant and nice and trying to commuicate only to be interrupted constantly. I eventually after calling back 4 times got the receptionist who was going to let me speak to the owner who I also know and have been going to for some time...he also refused to rectify the situation. This is how they treat loyal customers. I am soooooo disappointed. I will now be filing a complaint with DPS as originally suggested by the Tax Assessor's office. read more
