I don't go to any other car wash anymore. It's always busy but you can't beat the price. I wish I could do 4.5 stars.. Only complaint I have is sometimes freebie people occupy vacuum area and I wish there were signs and workers notify those freebie people that vacuum is only for those uses car wash. I think that's fair request. Otherwise staff are always friendly, nice and keeps place clean, so I like this car wash and recommend others. read more

Super cheap and easy. I was a little confused when I arrived but now it's very clear. You pull up to the automatic teller, purchase the $3 wash, pull through and show the guy your Yelp coupon. He upgrades you in their system. You stay in the car while you go through. Just keep it in neutral and don't brake. This is was so cheap and easy. I'll be coming here a lot. Plus before or after you do the wash you can use their vacuums for free. I don't even think they care if you purchase anything to use the vacuums. Super chill place. I was starting to think there was no cheap and easy place downtown. Everyone else around Gold Coast and River North seemed to want like $10-15. Worth the little drive up from downtown. read more

These guys are rip off, they don't know how to treat a customer, I spent $7 in here , it hasn't cleaned my car they stopped all the machines. And when I complained about it, they simply said u didn't put on neutral, that I know that I put on neutral. Srsly, what kind of car wash is that if it doesn't clean ur car. Sexual harassment, drenched car, drenched clothes. The attendant made me roll down my window telling me to smile and implying that my face was making him feel some sort of way. At that moment the car wash went off in my face stinging my eyes, soaking my car, dashboard, my clothing and my hair. The attendant was laughing at the situation he had just caused. Laughing. Quick, easy. Free vacuums rocks. Though the addition of hand dry would be awesome, cause it sometimes takes awhile to navigate to a vacuum space, and then I've got spots. I did the Double Wash for the free upgrade for $10. It was ok, still left ONE bird stain and some water spots. I'd rather just do the $3 with free vacuuming to keep dirt off on after snow of dust. Other than that, self washing is always the way to go. read more

Fantastic self-serve car wash. I just went to get my car washed in the middle of the afternoon (around 2:30pm) and it was a good time to go, since there isn't the crowd that other reviewers warned about. The car wash itself was pretty good-- I found maybe two little streaks of black gunk on the hood, but it wasn't a big deal. The best part of the establishment was the vacuum area. They were free and were powerful enough to remove the years of crumbs and nasty crap that had accumulated in the back. So satisfying. read more

I like this place. Can't go wrong with the free vacuums. It's easy in and out car cleaning... gets the job done. My only complaint is that sometimes the automatic wash doesn't always get into all the the nooks and crannies, like around the brand emblem and or around door handles. A little touch up after the wash and its fine though. I still keep going back and will continue. read more

I've been coming here ever since it opened. It is a great place for a quick wash. But they have changed the speed of the conveyor and the amount of water, so now if I buy a $3 wash, I watch my car move through the system really quickly and full of foam on the side mirrors as I enter the blow dryer... 7:00AM, Jan 26, 2018 . There were no cars behind me. I asked 3 times but the attendant refused to tape down my rear window wiper. Instead, he put a sleeve on it which makes no sense. I crossed my fingers as I watched the wiper jump around. Misogynist? Poorly trained? I'm a regular customer and attendants have always taped when asked. I'm ticked off. Fast, cheap, & great wash! Free vacuums are a nice touch as well! $3 for a car wash by using the Yelp check-in for first-timers to get the upgrade from a Light Wash to a Basic Wash is a real steal! They also have the best dryers I've ever come across! The heated dry is a nice touch! The only reason I gave it 4 Stars was the service wasn't very nice. I expect to be greeted warmly & there was a guy yelling at his worker which made it seem like he was yelling at me. He didn't say hi except Bark orders at me. So I'd probably be back anyway, but that's the only reason this place didn't get 5 Stars. Now I know why every time I've driven by this place it's packed with cars coming in & out of here! Best car wash in the city for the price, that's for sure. Not sure if the upgrades are worth it, but it can get up to $15 for a car wash for a premium wash. I believe they offer a 5-day return for that price so it's like $7.50 for 2 car washes, but you would have to come back within 5 days. This has got to be the coolest car wash I have ever been to! I was skeptical at first but it did the job! It washed all of the bugs off my headlights from my recent trip down south back to Chicago! I gotta say, I'm impressed. They even had people there who can hand dry my whip. For a $3.00 car wash it was well worth it. I can even vacuum my care for free! Horrible customer service!!! I've been going to this car wash long before it became the express wash, but I will not be returning. After reading reviews below, it looks like I'm not the only one who had a bad experience with the "pint size" guy. He has a terrible attitude and I don't appreciate being yelled by a man in a $3 car wash. After he ignored me coming into the wash, I got tired of waiting, so I decided to slowly put my car onto the ramp. He then turned around, and yelled at me, saying I told you to turn your wheels. He hadn't said a word to me yet. Then my wiper blades came on. They do this automatically when the windshield feels moisture. They will then stop. He screamed at me to turn them off. I, in turn, said it's automatic. He screams "It's not our responsibility," twice. Then walks away still speaking negatively. The other guy in the garage with him, just set there smirking. Clearly, he's used to this guy. Now I realize they are obviously not going to claim responsibility for damages, but there is no need to scream at people. This place made me really uncomfortable! I have many friends and family members who come here, but I will be sure to spread the word. On top of it all, I've been suspicious of this wash causing small scratches. The brushes are very aggressive and I'm not sure where else it would have come from when I typically only use a handwash. I will be returning to the handwash on Clybourn, where they are nice to their customers, and don't cause damage to my car. read more

Never Going Back! Our Car GOT STUCK in the middle of the machine and was rear ended!!! The Owner/manager was seriously rude about the whole thing and started off SUPER defensive telling us it was OUR fault, even though we sat there - hands off the wheel in neutral. The car that hit us honked and honked before hitting us and nobody is monitoring to shut down the machine. They just jam cars through there and you're on your own once you hit the tracks, apparently. Stay away, they may faulty machinery and carry no responsibility. Oh, and the car wasn't even clean...a real gem of a car wash joint. read more

Dryer's ripped my car's front spoiler completely off, causing damage to the hood. Simply was going to ask for reimbursement for the part. Before I could even get the words out was told they weren't responsible. Absolutely, hands down would not recommend. read more
