She was explaining the reason behind corporate policy and I began to understand. I felt we had a decent conversation going so I expressed some frustration at not being able to go back. I wasn't yelling and I wasn't being argumentative I was just trying to connect with another human. Another woman came from behind a wall and coldly told me she wasn't the one who made the rule and I needed to call corporate. Overall, it felt more focused on getting patients in for additional visits than actually providing quality care.
