So the car wasn't filthy, it just had some area's that i wanted cleaned. Mark you, I bought the car to them to show exactly what I wanted done. I specifically requested a detail in these areas- vacuum faux leather seats, clean the vents, seatbelt buckles, cupholders, and storage pockets--no exterior wash or floor vacuuming. I was quoted $100. When I called to schedule, I was told to meet at a different location (Grand Palm Hotel) and was suddenly quoted $120. After reminding him of the original price, he agreed to do it for $100 if I came to that location. I reiterated numerous times, no exterior wash. After 2 hours, not only did they wash the exterior and tires (which I didn't want), but several of the specific interior areas I asked to be cleaned were either missed or poorly done. Kevin came on scene and he even stepped in and redid some parts himself. At the end, they charged me $107 with tax, and I added a tip, bringing the total to $130. The next day, while putting my seat covers back on, I found multiple (specific) spots untouched/missed. (Pics uploaded) I shared videos and photos and asked for a partial or full refund. Instead, I was told to bring the car back. I explained that I don't have time for another visit and that the service should've been done right the first time, so i wouldn't have to return to get it done better. The response, no refunds, only rework. To make matters worse, I was told the car was "dirty," No, those specific areas were dirty that's why i wanted a detail clean in those specific areas. He also never apologized for the inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend this place. They blame the customer and take no accountability. Why would I want to return. I went home and cleaned it myself with products from Amazon.

I didn't request quotes from several mobile car washes because Emicar seemed to blow the others out of the water. Even after they were done and I pulled my car into the garage, they were making little tweaks to the interior. How awesome is that?!

My car was long overdue for a good vacuuming and detail so I decided to come out on a Sat morning, first thing when they opened at 8am. I checked out their website the night before and noticed they started taking appointments online. Nice! I reserved an appt for 8-9am time frame. I wanted to be in and out as I had a brunch in Plantation at 11am. Figured I would be done by then. They usually take 1-1.5 hours to clean my car and I always wait. Arrived promptly at 8am on this day. I was the 2nd car there. I went inside and had coffee and did work on my laptop. I kept glancing outside to see if my car was done and maybe they forgot to notify me. They usually text you when the car is done. The time was now 10:15am and I had to get out by 10:30am. Just for reference, a few times when I glanced outside, there were maybe 6-7 cars next to mine being worked on. When I came back outside, there were 2 cars left and mine was one of two. I asked the gentlemen how much longer it was going to be and he said another 10 minutes. Keep in mind, I dropped my car off at 8am and it was done 2.5 hours later at 10:30am. And I was the 2ND CAR there in the morning. How did 6-7 other cars finish before mine? And I had an appt for 8-9am??? I get that my car was a mess and definitely needed cleaning, I don't doubt that. But the fact that it took them 2.5 hours and I had an appt and I was the 2nd car to arrive that day, it was a bit confusing and frustrating to say the least. They did a fabulous job today! My windows were sparkling clean and spotless, the carpet was super clean after they vacuumed. Great job, Definitely happy but not cool if they finished other cars before mine and I had to wait that long and I barely made it on time to my brunch as I had my car cleaned so I could pick up other people for carpool. I was told it would take about half an hour, which surprised me for a shampoo, but I had just come from the gym and hadn't eaten, so I figured I'd wait it out, read my book, and head home. Well, it ended up taking 2.5 hours. Thankfully, I didn't have anything else scheduled that day. Multiple employees checked on me throughout and were incredibly kind and attentive. Eventually, Jamal( the person who had checked me in) came over and sincerely apologized, taking full responsibility for the delay. He gave me a $100 gift card and told me I could use it or even gift it to someone else, but he wanted to make it right. Of course, I still tipped the workers, after all, they did an amazing job. My car had never been that clean. I returned in August to use the GC and noticed they'd added more outdoor seating and some cute landscaping. I came on a Sunday morning and let them know I only had about an hour and fifteen minutes, as I had an appointment. When I asked what I could get with my $100 card, the employee went to get Jamal himself. I opted for the $99 interior complete and offered to cover any tax, but Jamal replied, "No ma'am, we owe you this." That response speaks volumes. This visit did end up running a bit over, about 10:50 to 12:10 so I'd advise others to be prepared to wait if you're getting more than a basic wash. I'd personally rather be told a longer estimate upfront, but I understand they may not want to deter customers. That said, their quality of work is worth the wait IF you know about it ahead of time. I debated leaving out the original scheduling mishap, because I imagine most customers have seamless experiences. But honestly, the way they handled that mistake impressed me even more than if it had gone perfectly. This place isn't cheap, and it isn't fast but their work is absolutely unbeatable.
