I am late with this review, but I came into this store to upgrade my husbands phone. These guys not only upgraded his phone but lowered my monthly bill and upgraded mine as well. They took the time to go over my plan and did wonders for my bill. They also took care of setting up both phones for me with everything transferred. I have never gotten service like this from an ATT Store! If you are in need of anything on your ATT plan this is the store to come to even if it's out of your way!! My husband and I signed up at this location, and were lied to and mislead about several things by the woman (I will be getting her name, but she has several tattoos and piercings) who signed us up. She lied to get a sale, and then when later addressed about the situation she went on lunch break and avoided any conversation because she's aware of what she did. JORDAN great customer service! Extremely helpful! I went in to connect my Apple Watch to my phone to use the cellular when not with iPhone. I've been to so many AT&T no one was able to figure out what the issue was with connecting the two together. Was on so many calls back and fourth with tech support and they weren't even able to help me. She did an absolutely amazing job helping me connecting the two together. If you anybody goes to this location I would definitely recommend asking for Jordan! 10/10 read more

Hit this place at 1:45 on Sunday, The one employee was helping another customer, no problem. no acknowledgment that we were even there, waited 30 minutes , in that time she had 3 other customers come in and wait. (one left). She told us waiting that one other employee that went on a break hadn't returned, she tried paging him with no luck. we left. poor customer service, hate being ignored. seems the norm for ATT. read more

I have not been in this Store lately for this reason: All of the Salespeople here have deceived Me by saying this or that to make You think your bill went down with their help of course.But in reality They added things On that made the bill Higher!(What a Lying Bunch of People You have here,Especially the Guy with the big Birthmark on his Face/neck area! Honestly amazing service!!! My husband went to see what he could do about his Note 8 that seemed to be on its last leg and to our surprise he was able to get his Note 10 Plus that he wanted and on launch day. I sat in this store for 20 minutes to asks quick yes or no question while the only associate working chit chatted with another customer. I had to interrupt because the associate refused to acknowledge any one other than who he was helping. They need to hire more people or someone who can multi task. 2 other customers walked out because they couldn't get help. I purchased a phone case and was told I had 14 days to return it. I returned the same day and the store manger would not allow me to return it. His reason was because it had been opened and used.
