Went for a screen repair on my I phone 7 and came up with a high contrasted screen after the repair , even at the highest brightness settings it was still dark,( No Big deal) but after 5 days my screen started to crack all over who knows why, the young man upfront told me he would see what can be done, but the owner came up saying I must to dropped it or do something with it, and there was nothing he could do about it but charge me again to fix it, His Attitude and unpleasant way of saying it was not very courteous, other than offensive and vulgar, I was not forcing him to fix anything at all just wanted to make sure the product he uses is not poor quality and it's Guaranteed,I didn't dropped this phone at all otherwise would be unfair to give this business a bad review, I won't recommend this place to anyone at all, look for different options before going here save money but not letting this business touch your electronic devises. THIEVES!!!! Came in for a cracked screen, which was supposed to take 20 minutes. I got my phone back over 4 hours later, with a plastic screen that was already lifting, stuck home button, AND glue all over the camera. THEY STILL WANTED ME TO PAY $65 FOR "LABOR"!!!! I came back the next day to talk to the owner, who said he was going to need to order me a new home button and that would take 3-4 days. I brought my phone back 5 days later, because I never got a call saying the part was in, and left it for 4 hours for the owner to work on it. When I got my phone back, the screen was still lifting, and the home button was still stuck. I demanded he fixed it properly, but he said he can't lift the glass again or it would damage the LCD. He said he replaced my LCD as "a courtesy" -meaning he stole my OEM LCD, and replaced it with JUNK that looks like... well, JUNK! Do NOT bring your devices here. I reported them with BBB. Will not be going back to this place again. I went to get my battery replaced. It seemed to like he was able to do it but once I took it home it didn't hold the charge and died while charging. I took back in and he was able to fix it but if I hadn't told him to check the battery again he would've blamed the cause I'm something else. After reattaching the battery it seemed to work and I was a happy camper. But now my headphone jack it messed up, it sounds like it's echoing and it no longer receives data from my fitness band. And this isn't the first mistake. I've also taken in my iPad to get the screen replaced and he did a sloppy job. There were some kind of sharp adhesive or wiring sticking out of the screen so it was uncomfortable to hold for a while. You can also see dust under the glass and a scratch in the black paint underneath the glass. Didn't want to write a bad review but this place just doesn't do it right . read more

The worst business experience to date! My Honest opinion! I am a business owner and know a thing or two about business and what it takes to run one; and of the 20 plus years of dealing with a mom and pop shops this was by far the worst! I chose this place mainly because it was new to the area and it's a small shop (I always support mom and pop shops)! I first had them repair an iPhone 5s and 2 iPads for cracked screens, which seem to be fine at the store; the next day the iPhone went black and would not power on! I called the shop the owner said to bring it in which is what I was going to do, but then I noticed the screen was not flush so I pressed the corner and "click" it snapped in. I proceeded to power on the device to my surprise it turned on. I accepted this as a small oversight that sometimes happen in the tech industry but it was good! The 2 iPads were a bit different because they were dropped on its corners so it made replacing the screen a challenge, which I understood but the thing I want to mention is that he replaced the screen sealed it up and said you will need to press down on the corner of the screens to use the home button from now on; had a friend did this no worries thanks bud: but as a business I do not understand? Why not inform the client that it will be shotty at best and give me the option to choose if I am wasting my money? I obviously have a glutton for punishment as I tried desperately to believe in this family operated business and owner; as I brought in my kids Wii U for a bad laser disk; it was repaired after a few days so I thought; after just about the 90 day warranty expired I had to return it as it would not read the game disks (the original issue). I dropped it of before Christmas 2015 for service and from there I have been getting different answers of why it was not completed. I spoke with the owner directly and he asked me did I want it back before Xmas and I said yes I did. Well no calls from the shop to let me know if it would be ready or not, I called and only then did I find out that not only that it wasn't ready but he needed to order parts, and due to the holiday it would take a week or so. I waited the week and called them again to be told again that the part had not arrived! The owner said to me well I dont want to charge you if i can just replace the gears on the drive, explaining to me how cd rom drives gearing works?!? Another week past and I finally go to pick up the Wii U. Once again i had to call the shop to basically remind them to repair it! The owner said they found nothing wrong with it; that the laser needed to be cleaned from dust (after all this time)? I get it home, set it up (kids been waiting a long time) to find that it wasn't repaired at all and now it's making a grinding sound while trying to read a disk. I immediately call and explain this (less than 15 minutes of leaving the shop) and also let the owner hear the grinding over the phone, he ask me to return it to the shop. The entire process of part ordering started again and I made call after call, with the shop claiming they're waiting for the parts? I called them several more times to check the status and finally the parts arrived! They tell me it's been repaired, but can you bring you power supply in as we do not have one to test the drive?!? This was a Saturday evening, I bring in my power supply to test the device and it does not work! They explained that they have this happen quite often that replacement parts don't work and they would try another and give me a call the following day! I get the call Sunday that it's done; but I now needed to bring in my touch pad to test that the disk work; I did. The Wii U works! Then after all this the shop says that $75 due for replacement! I was flabbergasted, I was never told of these charges in fact the owner say there will be no charge, then the owner says "we found a nickel inside" so we had to charge you for the drive, now livid I asked the owner how on earth could there even be a charge if you have not informed me of a charge and that all of a sudden there is one, as a customer you can't just hit me with a hidden charge on the day I pick up my device! You have never called and kept me updated with any information and that there will be any charges???? I found the owner to not only mislead me, but also fast talk his way into not providing the service promised. After some words of disagreement we agreed to $35 for his labor (that was never mentioned or posted). For a small business it is important to engage your customers with honesty and integrity no matter where you open up shop.I hope this review will help shed some light on what you may have to deal with using this company's service or lack there of! read more

Like everyone is saying if I could give negative stars I would. THIS PLACE FUCKING SUCKS. I went to it because it was near and didn't seem too expensive. I went in for a screen repair and they first of all had the worst customer service. They said my phone would be done in 20 minutes after 35 minutes I come back and ask for my phone and they said they forgot about it. THEY DO NOT USE AUTHENTIC IPHONE SCREENS. I went back for a second time because my screen was lifted up a little bit (like other people in reviews have mentioned) and when I took my case off it cracked a little. Even though they didn't properly put my new screen on, they could only take off $15 from the $130 that I paid. It kind of seemed like the stupid ass kid that was talking to me was trying to blame me saying that if I would've gone in earlier they could've helped. IF YOU GUYS WOULD HAVE DONE IT RIGHT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO GO BACK IN THE FIRST PLACE. I hope you losers that work there read this shit and I hope you guys lose business OR go out of business because you guys don't deserve anything. I bet all the "good reviews" are friends/family of the people that work there. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else that's first of all nicer and that will actually fix your phone/other devices. read more
