We are a…read morefamily-owned restaurant, and we called them because our restaurant was flooding and we needed urgent help. We were told the service would be $970, but we were charged over $1,100. On top of that, the job was supposed to include jetting all the lines in the restaurant, including the main line. From what we understand, they only jetted one main line and did not complete the work we paid for. About 20 days later, we had problems again and asked them to come back under their 30-day warranty. They sent someone out, but he did not properly check anything. He basically looked at the drains and said it was not flooding at that moment. Now they want to charge us another $400 just to run a camera and check their own work. The most upsetting part was speaking with the manager. She was extremely unprofessional and was laughing while we were explaining the problem. This is very serious for a restaurant, and we felt completely dismissed. We paid for a service that we believe was not completed properly, and now they do not want to honor the warranty unless we pay even more money. This experience felt completely unfair and unacceptable. I do not usually write reviews like this, but this situation was too serious to ignore. We will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.I would avoid using "scam" too many times in the public review so it stays strong and credible.

I knew the delivery men would NOT install the new refrigerator unless there was a shutoff valve behind the refrigerator. All I had was an electrical outlet. Nick also discovered and showed me a lot of corrosion with the garbage disposaI, shutoff valves, and plumbing in general. This was a blessing in disguise as I could have ended up with an unexpected major water leak down the road. Nick gave me a very reasonable quote for the entire job and would have it done first thing in the morning. One of his workers arrived on time, greeted me in such a warm, reassuring way (Nick obviously advised him I had been through the wringer) and prepped the job. Nick showed up to make sure I was comfortable and knew we needed to complete the entire job before the refrigerator installers arrived. He treated his two workers with such respect, guidance, and leadership. They also added an extra shutoff valve to the hose leading to the refrigerator. The installers arrived just as the plumbers were leaving. Nick spoke to them to make certain all was good before he left. You don't find this kind of service every day. We have had excellent experiences with Nevada Residential Services (NRS) in the past with…read morereplacement of our AC units. When NRS offered to inspect our water system, we jumped at the offer. When you live in the desert, you can't take any chances with your AC or water systems. Both can turn into expensive issues very quickly. During our inspection, Arturo with NRS noticed some corrosion and possible past leak at our water heater connections. Chances are these connections are original to our 2004 condo and since we have neighbors downstairs, we want to avoid any leaks that could result in issues that could affect both units. The NRS Team presented us with an estimate that we were pleased with and we scheduled Arturo for today. Arturo called ahead when he was enroute (we appreciate that) and was onsite in no time. Arturo took the time to explain what he would be doing to eliminate a possible issue and make our system more secure. Changing out the old hoses (over 20 years old) and connections to solid copper piping and new connections gives us the peace of mind that you need with plumbing. He also configured it so should we need to replace the hot water heater, the new copper fittings will be easy to disconnect & reconnect. Arturo did an amazing job, kept us informed as he worked and the work area was spotless when he was finished. A true gentleman & professional. We also lost our furniture due to last home making my whole family sick from mold in the HVAc due to leaks. I know the APCOX pricing wholesale, the model I looked at is approx $ 900 dollars. I know the company needs to mark up to install and make a living but the quote I got was way beyond the normal mark up and upselling. The tech quoted that me I needed a duct clean on a 2 year old home, and put a quote for an April Aire that I did not ask for nor discuss into the quote in addition to the APCO X. The quote was an eye popping $11,000 dollars! Not only is this insulting to my intelligence but when I called the company they didn't care.

From the initial phone call to scheduling and the technicians arriving on time, the process was smooth and professional. The plumbers were courteous, down-to-earth, and clearly customer-focused. The two technicians who came to my home were both extremely professional -- they wore booties, took pictures of the work areas, and communicated well. I truly appreciate how respectful and polite they were throughout the visit. That said, while the estimate was straightforward and clearly explained, I found the pricing for a full repipe to be significantly higher than other quotes I ever received. As someone who always gets multiple estimates, Lee's was one of the most expensive I've seen. While I understand that every company has its own pricing structure and overhead, the total cost felt excessive for the scope of work, especially since drywall and stucco repairs would be handled by a separate subcontractor. I have no issue with the quality of service or the professionalism shown -- they did everything right in that regard. However, for a repipe project in particular, the pricing makes it difficult for me to recommend them at all. I had 9 different businesses come and give their estimates and nowhere near how high Lee's was attempting to get. Thank you to the Lee's plumbing and his team for their time and professionalism. I hope this feedback is helpful for other homeowners considering their services.
