I never write reviews, but my experience with this locksmith compelled me to share. My safe's batteries died, and I needed help opening it. When I called, the person who answered was extremely rude and aggressive from the start. I was met with hostility when trying to explain my situation. The locksmith insisted it was just the batteries and told me to go get more, completely disregarding the fact that the safe was locked. When I mentioned this, he abruptly hung up on me, only to text me his personal number demanding a picture of the safe. Feeling uncomfortable, I decided to contact another locksmith for assistance. To my dismay, I reached the same rude individual. When I tried to explain my situation, he shouted at me, claiming that I had just called. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I expressed my desire for a price quote, but he rudely dismissed me, suggesting I seek help elsewhere. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for this locksmith. After this unpleasant experience, I contacted the safe company directly and found a resolution for only $44, a far cry from the $250 demanded by the locksmith. From a business standpoint, this locksmith's conduct is unacceptable. Treating customers with respect and providing quality service should be fundamental. I will not be using their services again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this unprofessional locksmith. read more

I called this locksmith because of all the great reviews here. Dimitri (the guy who owns the business) came to my apartment to change the locks approximately half an hour after I called him. I was scared about the security of them and he got concerned and came over as quickly as possible in order to help me have peace of mind. He also repositioned the deadbolt so that it would sit more firmly/securely in the door, at no extra charge. He was very kind, has very fair prices (and is flexible with payments). I will definitely call him again if I have a problem and absolutely recommend him to others. read more

RUDE! LIARS! SCAMMERS! Stay away from this company at all costs. They are disrespectful, rude and unprofessional (and that's if you're lucky enough to ever catch them in the office). The only reason they've stayed open all these years despite the way they treat customers, is that they have contracts with building management companies. Because of this they can hold tenants hostage because they're the only company that is authorized to make copies of keys. If you have a choice -- take your business to any other locksmith! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Waited all day for an appointed on Monday. Did not show up. Waited all day for them to come Tues. Did not show up until I called at the end of the day to complain. Finally, the guy who they sent who was supposed to be here in 10 minutes, showed up 2.5 hours later! No pen, pencil or paper to write down my number or email. I have used express locksmith for over 10 years as a property manager. Ezra and his team are always available to help as needed. I have found them to be very responsive and prices are reasonable. This person is a disordered, hostile lunatic. He yelled at me, grabbed my personal belongings, slammed my key on his table, and kicked me out of the store because it was his lunch time. Unless you're a man and speak Hebrew (because he had a totally different demeanor with that guy), do not go in there. I felt physically threatened. read more
