Dishonest people here. Installed my lock and said it would be safe but it got broken into 8 months later. I told Ron the lock is too exposed and burglars can undo it from the outside but he said it was okay. I'm looking into litigation to make sure these guys don't hurt other customers. These people are awful!!! Quick service yes but for regular locks $645 to change locks and keys. I didnt know better. Please look at reviews before you call just anyone. I was told by multiple people i got ripped off and I was. Locks especially standard should never charge this much. He added fancy ones (according to him) that cost a ton of money. Tried to use this service to unlock my apartment as I locked myself out. Service was prompt but wouldn't give an estimate until they arrived, charged $29 just show up...then took the opportunity to gouge us $280 just to unlock the door. But also warned us it could be more because he may end up damaging the lock leaving it useless and need to be replaced for even another fee of who knows how much??? The locksmith opened the door, installed a new lock, and gave me new keys. The service itself was great, but I definitely got ripped off.
