Reply: oil change that's all. 30 min later I was being upsold air and fuel filter. I declined. I knew something was up and checked the oil level before we left the front driveway. It was WAY over filled! I stated that it was overfilled and asked how much they pit into it? They said 16qts. I stated it only holds 13 with the filter. I just left and drained off 3qts at the local autozone parking lot. I always maintain my vehicles at home and had been on along road trip during July and couldn't avoid a on vacation service. I went to the appointment this morning & the guy checking me in told me that it would be $245 for the oil change. I'm not sure what there labor rate is but I've never heard of a $245 oil change. On my way home I stopped at the Marathon gas station next to Ford & they did the oil change in under 10 minutes for $99. They were super nice & did a great job.
