Might be a bit stereotypical, but as a woman that knows little to nothing about cars, getting anything done with my car has always been something I dread. I had a nail stuck in my tire. The dealership was trying to pull some tomfoolery and get their lick on an unassuming customer (me) and wanted me to replace all 4 tires on my Jeep. The team here went above and beyond to help me. They explained the real issue, solution, and what the dealership's take was in ways I understood it without being patronizing or condescending, helped me in the most cost efficient way (quick patch), and then didn't even charge me for the repair. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place absolutely earned one. I bought tires here specifically because they sold me on the WARRANTY. Fast forward to now -- I bring the tires back (off the car, because I couldn't physically get the vehicle there), and suddenly that warranty means nothing. First excuse? "We can't do anything without the car here." That already made zero sense, considering the issue is with the tires themselves. Then instead of honoring what I PAID for, I get pitched more tires. Their "solution" was basically: buy two new ones and we'll give you a new warranty -- but the one I already paid for? Completely ignored. So let me get this straight -- the warranty is only useful when it's convenient for them? This felt less like customer service and more like a bait-and-switch. This place has always provided quick and professional service. I was extremely impressed, though, during my last visit with Samantha. I thought that the car needed additional service and asked for it. Samantha checked the car and told me that the service was not needed yet, and I could wait a while. It blew my mind that she was so honest and professional. She could have easily taken my $100 and done it anyway. She was correct by the way, I had confused the last service date. I think many people are worried that oil change companies are pushing customers for unnecessary service when they go in. Went in a week ago to have a slow leaking tire patched. Dropped it off and later received a call that they weren't able to patch the tire due to it being "too close to side wall". I just got around to patching it myself after over a week of driving on it with having to fill it every day. Here is the picture of the "too close to the side wall" puncture. As you can tell it no where near the side walls. I was also told it was due to a roofing nail, which was also not true as you can see by the picture. If they didn't want the work, just say so. I assume they wanted to sell me a new tire. read more

Houston... We have a problem. Looks like this is not a one time occurrence since I just read Sherri's review four days ago. I also went to get my oil changed last week and and now have an oil leak, which I didn't prior. I took it to my mechanic, and he confirmed with pictures that they over torqued the plug which damaged the aluminum oil pan. When I called to speak to a manager, Pedro got on the phone and told me they torque to manufacture specs. Then he told me that they needed to see the vehicle prior to the mechanic, which obviously is not possible now. I asked for the real manager Shannon to call me back but no call. Mistakes happen... But own up when a customer calls with proof and just looking to cover the cost of a botched oil change that ended up costing me more time, money and aggravation. Update to my review above, the manager did call me back and was very apologetic and sincere, and offered a refund or a credit for a next visit. I appreciate the follow up and phone call from Shannon. They notified me of a very minor oil leak in my engine and hate that I paid $120 for them to tell me it wasn't worth paying to fix yet but appreciated their honesty. read more

UPDATE: I got my insurance involved to avoid bringing a lawyer into this situation for now and my insurance passed the buck along to this shop's (Orbit Motors DBA Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers) insurance company. They denied responsibility with their insurer and now that insurer is placing the burden of proof on me. I have pictures and video, including my tire rolling away from the crash, and witnesses helping me pick up lug nuts along the side of the road that I had just driven my car down. I'll also post some closeups of the damaged pegs, threading, and wheel well from the improperly secured lugs. The Nissan dealership I bought the car from issued paperwork detailing the work needed to repair saying this damage was absolutely caused by loose lug nuts and Express Oil was the only shop to work on my vehicle prior to having it towed to the dealership service center. Nobody else, including me, tampered with the vehicle after Express Oil worked on it and lug nuts don't loosen themselves unless they're not fastened correctly or the threading is damaged. If their insurance company doesn't cover this claim they will be receiving a demand letter. I'll never bring my vehicles here again, which is unfortunate, because it's very convenient for me with the proximity of this shop to my home and business. They redid the entire brake system of my Nissan SUV and must not have test driven the car before giving it back to me. It came back with a really bad rattle and clicking on the driver side front wheel. I notified them right away and took the vehicle back to them to fix the issue, but they've opened it up twice and cannot figure out what is causing this. The vehicle did not rattle or make any clicking noise before I took it to them. This is 100% on them and they're not taking responsibility for it, as if it's some coincidence that the car is suddenly doing this. I have a road trip to Miami scheduled for Tuesday and now need to scramble to get this issue fixed that they caused and they won't take responsibility for it. The same issue arose when last year with my transit van when they redid my brakes. I thought it couldn't possibly happen again and they did manage to fix the issue in the van, but now I'll need to spend more time and money at the dealership for a problem they very obviously caused. Do not bring bring them your vehicle for anything other than an oil change. read more

I was calling around and this is one of the few places that still changes standard oil for a good price. Brought both of my cars here as well as got radiator flushes. They were clean, staff nice, and timely. They didn't push me to buy anything I didn't want. They just offered suggestions and were ok when I didn't take those suggestions. No pressure sales here. I got several oil changes here and then had to replace my oil pan because they had stripped the bolts and oil was leaking. This was after I had to be towed because the skid plate dropped the day after an oil change and I was told five of the bolts were missing. Do not go here. read more

BEST EXPERIENCE! I just moved to the area and did a google search for oil change places in the area. This place seemed to have good reviews so I figured I'd give it a try. When pulling up I immediately got greeted by a technician (His name is Juan) who asked why I was there etc and he guided me into a bay. He was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I asked if they did a military discount and he said absolutely and thanked my husband for his service and me for being a spouse of a military man. We began making casual conversation about his new baby and us being expectant parents. Juan really made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. When I was done he even gave me a military salute.
