Although it was a relatively minor repair, everyone at Apex treated me with the same attention and professionalism I would have expected for a much larger job. Their customer is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a beautiful waiting room, spotless restrooms, free Wi-Fi, snacks, and drinks. What impressed me most was how thoughtful the staff was toward my young child, who had to wait with me. One of the receptionists noticed that he was sitting there with little to do and handed him the television remote so he could choose something to watch. It was a small gesture, but a highly observant and considerate one! Once they brought my vehicle in, the repair took only about 20-30 minutes. Then, to my complete surprise, they told me there would be no charge. I would never expect a business to perform work for free, but their generosity made an already excellent experience even more memorable. Apex Vehicle Services demonstrated professionalism, kindness, honesty, and genuine concern for its customers. Finding an auto repair shop you feel you can trust is not always easy, but this is exactly the kind of local business I want to support. I pulled off at the next open tire shop, and the mechanic let me know my rear driver side tire was about to blow - sure enough, it was shredding up. I had to be on the coast within 5 hours so asked if they thought I could make it. They said no, but I also did not have but but a half hour to spare. With a full lobby of people waiting, they were able to squeeze my tire change in out in the lot when hands became free while swapping out other vehicles/customers. All of this, labor + decent shape used tire, for a total of under $50!

We were traveling on interstate 20 and the car started shaking. We stopped, visually inspected the…read moretires and checked the air and everything seemed normal. When we got back on the interstate the shaking started again. Deciding that we needed a tire shop to figure out what was going on we found Bullocks Tire Store on Yelp. They balanced one front tire and that didn't do it. Then he checked another front tire and found that the tire had a huge bulb on it and if we hadn't stopped it would have blown out on he interstate. We really appreciate Bullock's working with us to find what was wrong and getting us back on the road safely. They went the extra mile to locate, pick up and install the correct new tire. We were able to travel with the confidence that Bullock's helped us avoid a potentially dangerous situation to make it home safely.

Drove in circles in pkg lot. I finally walked out and told them they were DONE. I left there at 2:34. They pulled my tire 38 minutes before sending text that it was started-guess that's how the system stays "on time" and makes them look like they work quickly. No urgency at all. Team lead just stood around chatting, worker moved with no urgency. Disappointing and unprofessional. 12:58-2:34pm 1 hr 36 mins to plug a tire. No urgency in service area. Cheating the system by logging time AFTER starting svc to make look like shorter service completion time. The logged time showed 7 mins to completion. Does this happen at all locations? Walmart + member but would definitely have argued if I had to even pay the $15. Unacceptable.
