I wish I can give this place a zero star I got off of work and I was devastated from work and I needed to go put plates on my brand new card that I had just bought and when I went to the place trying to get plates for my car. The lady in front told me it was salvage, but she didn't even check the title and she didn't even type in nothing to the computer. And on top of that, she was very rude. She wasn't friendly at all. I most definitely not recommend this place. Please go somewhere else to get your plates and I wish I can give this zero stars. Thankfully, I went to another DMV and they got everything situated and they check on all files that my car wasnt salvage but thanks to this lady. I almost returned back my car. Ok...so I have been to this location about 5 times to handle multiple different DMV transactions. The staff at this place is can be extremely rude, especially the chubbier female long haired brunette who claims she is a manager. She argued with me about what I could and could not do at this location. Even thou I had been there multiple times to handle the same thing. I feel they make up their own rules as they go. I needed a replacement title in the evening. They helped me so quickly and it was so easy! It took maybe 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Initially called the place and explained to them that I have a Michigan Plate and I wanted to change it to an Arizona Plate. They explained to me what I needed to bring when I got there. Brought my Michigan title and in little time I had my new Historic Arizona Plate (Gold) and my new Arizona title. Thanks for saving me at least two hours of not having to go to DMV. I will continue to do my Vehicle related transactions there. They have a huge American Flag out front Always a plus in my book. read more

The ladies there were very disregarding. The lady that ended up helped me didn't even care too look at me as she spoke to me. I've never used a title services company, have always suffered through the MVD waiting... waiting... I needed a duplicate title for a car I was selling so I called up and sure enough, they do it, way faster, and for a very small convenience fee. When I got there, no line, a very nice and pleasant lady helped me and answered all of my questions. In and out in about 5 minutes - WAY worth the small convenience fee not to wait in line at the MVD. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

This is the worst place on the planet. I came here once in an attempt to transfer my car registration, turns out I did not have a form that I needed. Ok! No problem, so I get the form, double check I have all the necessary documentation by calling and checking on the official ADOT website and it looks like I'm good to go. I returned to this establishment expecting a smooth interaction, only to be told by a very unfriendly woman that the signature on the power of attorney form, looked "not similar enough" to the one on the license of the seller (my own father). Even though I was right there in front of her confirming it was the correct signature with all my credentials, she would not accept. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time or energy here. read more
