They tell you that the initial inspection will be inexpensive--you sign a contract with them for $1,600--and then, right after that, they double the quoted price for the actual repairs. Naturally, you refuse to pay the inflated amount, but you still end up losing the initial $1,600--unless, of course, you agree to pay them the $10,000 they are demanding. Do not come here; do not visit this place. The owner of this service center and the manager are complete frauds. At first, they speak to you very sweetly and politely, but later they hang up on you and refuse to answer your calls. That is how they run their "business."And, of course, I am going to court to demand a refund of my money and compensation for the time I wasted and the damages I suffered. I had a few concerning experiences at this shop, but also some positive interactions worth…read morementioning. First, after leaving my car for service, I returned to find it parked in an open, unsecured area with the key fob left inside and the car unlocked. Anyone could have accessed the vehicle and even stolen it, which raised serious concerns about basic vehicle security and handling. Second, there was a broken curb in their lot with a screw/bolt sticking out. I parked in the only available space and ended up driving over it, which nearly damaged my bumper. This created a preventable safety hazard for customer vehicles. On the positive side, there was a mechanic who did step in and help during my visit, which I appreciated. The main front desk woman was also very kind and professional. Overall, while there were some good people there, the safety and handling issues with my vehicle and the lot were concerning enough that I hope they improve their processes going forward.
