I waited and made several attempts to contact him, but he never showed up and never gave me the courtesy of letting me know that he was no longer coming. What was especially disappointing was that my messages were being read, but I received no response. I understand that things happen and schedules can change, but communication is extremely important when you are running a business. A simple message or phone call saying he couldn't make it would have been enough. I had also recommended Jose to other people, and they experienced the same difficulty trying to reach him. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can no longer recommend his services. I'm sharing this review not out of anger, but because I believe customers deserve professionalism, honesty, and basic communication. I truly hope Jose takes this feedback seriously and understands how frustrating it is for someone to wait for a service and then be completely left without an explanation.
