Tal from Advanced Restoration & Construction initially checked for residual moisture in all those areas, immediately removed wet baseboards and quarter rounds, and placed seven blowers and a dehumidifier in the impacted rooms. He is very professional, personable, and experienced. Advanced Restoration & Construction were available during every step of the mitigation process. Tal came out daily to take new moisture readings and adjust the blower and dehumidifier setup. They patiently listened to and answered all of my questions. All areas are now dry and ready for repair. Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend Advanced Restoration & Construction! The company also helped me deal with my Progressive home insurance. Tal's office assisted me in communicating with them, filling out all the required forms and documents, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. After seeing Tal and his team's level of care and professionalism during the mitigation process, I also decided to hire them for the repairs. I made a lucky decision and went with their contractor Tri Tech Restoration. I have constructed two custom houses as an owner builder and a 50 unit apartment complex and never had a more professional and high quality contractor as they coordinated the whole thing from mold, asbestos, demo and reconstruction of the entire bathroom. And a lot of this was because of one man who works for them, Tony. It is hard to describe a more hardworking, knowledgeable man, readily available by phone or in person. he defines what a highly motivated, competent contractor supervisor is. We had numerous trades to deal with and he kept on top of them and each one of the trades actually performed their work in a high quality competent matter. It was the consistency of the quality that really impressed me. In a large job there was always for me at least one poor quality trade, one sub contractor who bugged out or lied. This never happened on this job which lasted several months. My gratitude to Tony and to Tri Tech who has the good judgment to keep someone like Tony happy and employed with them!
