Sarah is amazing! I have been going to her since July for Brazilian and was impressed from day 1. I had a horrible experience with my first Brazilian at a salon in Chicago so was very skeptical but she really won me over! Her salon is very clean. There is no double dipping and the rooms are cleaned after each person. I have never been concerned about heir cleanliness. With all this said! Sarah is amazing at what she does. Took my gf for her first wax ever. They don't use sugaring here, just multiple types of waxes. After waxing, they go over stray hairs with a tweezer. My gf said it was not as painful as she expected. The aesthetician would rub the waxed area or an area nearby to ease the pain. The room was very clean and they have a device to disinfect the tweezer. read more

I had a very disappointing experience today. I have been going to see Sarah for eyebrow waxing for months now and she always does an excellent job. I booked an appointment in advance and arrived on time for my 1:15 appointment. Sarah was with another client and the receptionist let her know I was waiting multiple times. After waiting 20 minutes I had to leave so I wasn't late for another appointment. I'm not sure if someone walked in and Sarah decided to see them or if another appointment ran late but I don't think it's acceptable to have a client wait that long when they have an appointment. Sarah does a fantastic job and I have recommended her to many people but I'm not sure I'll be back after this experience. read more

I went in today for an eyebrow wax with Yana and the service was fantastic! It was my first time there and Yana was so friendly and nice. She asked me exactly how I wanted my brows done and she verified if the wax temperature was comfortable as she set to work on my eyebrows. I didn't feel any pain as she waxed. The result of my eyebrow wax turned out to be great. I'll definitely be back.
