The laundry service is competitively priced and the clothes are neatly folded and wrapped in plastic before you receive it. They took my money but forgot to clean my suit and returned it uncleaned. They apologized and cleaned it but I feel like their cleaning still isn't that great. Doesn't seem worth it for the price. read more

The first time, I thought this place did a pretty decent job at dry cleaning my coats. The second time though, is when my opinion of the place did a 180. I went in a couple days ago to clean my trench coat and after getting it back I realized one of the buttons broke in half. The guy who stands at the front desk (I don't even know his name), said "I don't know what happened... But the button kinda broke" and also claimed it wasn't damaged. I don't know what kind of definition he has for 'damaged', but the condition of the button clearly fit the dictionary definition of damaged. Then, after asking him for a discount, he begrudgingly deducted two dollars from the bill and didn't even apologize. So yeah, never going back there again. read more

Worst place! Stay away! I paid so much money to dry clean my pants and my shirt! They promise free delivery but when they were supposed to deliver it, they said they cant deliver it and asked me to come and pick it up by myself. Extremely pricey, rude people that have no idea what customer service is. read more

Excellent service! I'm in town for a conference and I needed a hem done for a new pair of pants, so I take them in to this place on a recommendation. Abraham was nice enough to take the measurements, and when I asked him where I could get a shoe shine, he tells me the place he goes to isn't open yet but to leave the shoes with him and he'll take care of it. I go here for all of my alterations/dry cleaning and I've always been happy with their work! Both guys that work at the counter, as well as the man who does the tailoring, are all very pleasant. They are definitely experts! I've brought so many items that I thought were destroyed, but they saved them! Turnaround is very quick. Open early, but I wish they closed a little later.
