They are located in the parking lot of ArtHaus Studios and you can use the ArtHaus lounge while waiting for the detailing work to be done. Very comfortable and fast/ free wifi. From my first contact with Mike, I was impressed with his customer service. I scheduled service for Saturday morning and prior to my service time, Mike called to let me know he was running a bit late. He arrived when he said and prior to beginning any work, walked around the car with me wanting to know about areas with which I had concerns. We did the same for the interior of the car. Mike then explained the exterior and interior service he would be doing, along with the types of products he would be using. He then went about this business. Now my car was already in good condition, but after Mike was finished, he had bumped it up several layers. The outside of the car was shown at another level and the interior was clean. I appreciated that Mike's interior products did not leave any slippery feel and no fake car smells. I would sum up Mike's work as thorough and highly detailed. Went like this: An "altered" preppy jerk in his Mazda wagon vandelized & kicked in the passenger door of my 2002 Honda Si. After 2 weeks sitting at Panel Craft, the Amica's assesors' decision was that my damaged Honda was now unrepairable & deemed "salvaged". I challenged that opinion. After calling Amica's regional female supervisor in Texas, she correctly & graciously agreed that changing the title back to clean. She then informed me to get the necessary bodywork & paint done at 101 Body (in their approved network) on San Pablo in Berkeley to restore & even improve my car which Amica would cover. Bravo! During the appointment, they let me know they were going to arrive late due to an emergency. They showed up not too long after that. They let me know ahead of time and were fast at set up. We had Felipe has our cleaner and he was the best! We will be booking with him again soon. After the appointment, they left us some gifts to maintain vehicle cleanliness (air freshener and microfiber towels). There was no oily residue left over from the products (which I was afraid of). I work in the carpet cleaning industry myself, so I understand how challenging oily stains can be. Two detailers arrived on time, worked hard for over two hours, and were very polite and professional. The quality of work was great. A couple of days later, there were still a few water marks left on the seat, which is completely normal. I called them, and they immediately scheduled a follow-up appointment and came back without any issues. In the end, they removed almost all of the stain, and overall I'm very happy with the result. I would definitely use them again.
