I am afraid that after I received the watch it appears that there were misleading photo's taken as the watch box was severely deteriorated and in very bad condition. When pointed out to them I received rude and patronising responses. Tried to speak to the owner who fobbed me off and put another equally rude and patronising person on the case. Extremely disappointed with the quality of what I received, and the accompanying rude service. Unfortunately not recommended if the current staff remain. read more

I received automated emails that I would be contacted in 24hrs...no contact was received but they did raise the price from$800 to the retail price of $1600. Jonny at exquisite timepieces is a patient understanding salesperson - when I spend a little bit of money I can be annoying to my rep. Jonny was a champ the whole transaction - quickly did a color swap for me and also got FedEx to find my watch after it had been in the abyss for 14 days. He had the courtesy to call me once it was located because he knew I was frustrated with the delivery. Not impressed with the level of service that I received very unprofessional. Allow me to explain my experience, yesterday I was browsing the Squale selection, and came across 1 that I liked and thought it would be a great addition to my Squale collection. Now having dealt with this company in the past and receiving impeccable customer service I was expecting the same. So I began a chat with Mariana explaining I was interested in this particular Squale and that I wanted to see if I was able to trade 3 watches for it. Mariana requested that we continue the conversation via email. I received the email from her asking what watches I was looking to trade for the Squale and to provide an estimate of the value of my watches. I provided her with all of the requested information and I included images of the watches. Well needless to say I never heard back from Mariana. Fast forward to this afternoon I received an email from Tim Richardson the CEO of Exquisite Time Pieces stating he " Wanted to Make Sure I was happy with how I was served.." and to " Please let him know if I had any feedback or questions. just hit reply and he'll be in touch..." I proceeded to politely explain to him the level of service I received and how I was not happy and that I was disappointed by the service especially when I received such excellent service from them the last time I purchased from them. Well needless to say I never heard back from him. I know I'm just the average customer but at least show some decency and respond to emails. Also if you had just written back and stated that you weren't interested in the watches I had to trade I would've understood and probably just bought the watch outright, but you didn't. I have bought 2 Zodiac watches from them. 1st one no issues. 2nd one does not hold the power reserve. Right after I got it and noticed the issue I reached out to the company and my "personal rep" who tells me in every email that the "greatest compliment he can receive are referrals". Wish he was as motivated to help me get the watch repaired as he was to get me to provide referrals. Not even close. Nothing but empty promises from him and the CEO of the company regarding communications. Being told "he'll contact you by end of today" - never happened. "I'll get back to you very soon" - never gets back to me. After weeks of trying to get some type of assistance with the repair I was finally sent the information. The information includes the fact that, even though the watch is brand new and just received, I am supposed to pay the shipping to get it repaired. Thanks anyway but I have enough other choices of watch dealers who actually care about their customers, keep their promises, and stand behind their products. read more
