Not smelly or sticky, and I felt so comfortable during the 8-hour processing. What I really enjoyed was how skilled Natalie was with choosing the correct shade of tan for me. She listened to what I desired and chose the perfect color for me. Which is extremely important so the fading looks as natural as possible- not splotchy! Fading started at the 10th day, and I didn't really feel like I needed to exfoliate it all off until 2-2.5 weeks later. Just moisturize everyday as recommended. When you're done, they take you to the dryer room and you get tea and cookies. Such a nice way to end the experience. The drying room has really great, high level accessories (Dyson) and my blow out looked wonderful. I don't live here but I'd highly recommend checking it out!

We were strategically planning which booths to visit AFTER we enjoyed complimentary bites! This is where I went wrong... AHN was the only Brow/ Makeup booth. The event was from 7- 10pm. I waited in line for an hour & fifteen minutes. And my turn came at 9:30pm. Now, let me give you a rundown on my caterpillars. I had microblading done literally one year ago. And, as we know- this is not a permanent treatment. My blading strokes were fading. Since I knew there was a brow booth for Ladies Night- I didn't bother to do jack shit to my brows. I could've easily been mistaken for the Yeti's cousin. When it's my turn, I lay down on AHN's table & she adjusts her light to take a look at my brows. She asks politely, "What's goin on here?" I give her the rundown of my microblading & how I don't bother getting them waxed at the nail salons- because they usually end up having my brows look like a chola. We laugh about our chola days. She commented how the microblading gave my brows a different shape than what she'd think would look. I tell AHN, I'm open to suggestions. As she preps my brows- she leans in & politely says," At least, tweeze your fucken brows". I died laughing! Within 15 minutes- she transformed my brows w- makeup & waxing, and eyebrow trimming. My jaw dropped! Yes, it was worth the hour plus wait! Even though it's a mini expo, per se- I had to tip $15!!! She worked miracles!

They have the best color selections and prices compared to comparable high-end salons.

When they called to confirm my apt the day before, I let them know I'd be using my Yelp deal and I was told "oh that's really old, we don't honor that anymore. But we can offer you $10 off" I really wanted the massage so I decided to keep it. Unfortunately the massage was not worth the $89 I paid. It wasn't relaxing and I felt the massage therapist was rushing through it. The facial was great however and I was super happy with it! Weak instructions before and after the service. Most importantly, after going through many laser procedures and Cryoskin slimming, there are no visible results. Just wasted time and money. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was denied and one of the workers Sandhia identified herself as a manager, although I highly doubt that was true. So if you have a problem, you will not be able to speak to management to complain. All they want from a customer is to come, pay money and leave. Stay away from this place.
