I opened a unit in February. The agreement was to pay $109 monthly. 2 months later, they raised my rates to $186. I understand that rate increases happen. I would expect it to be a yearly increase. Perhaps even 6 months. 2 months at the agreed upon rate, and then an increase of $77. That's 70%. When I tried going in to ask about it, their computers were conveniently not working. They suggested I pull up the contract that was emailed to me, which I did. Shockingly, when I clicked on the button to see my contact, all that appeared was random numbers and letters- no contract. Shady all around. It's a scam. Avoid. read more

Changing to a three star review due to price increase. Full transparency, we're on a month to month and I knew price increases ere possible. However didn't expect it so quick. 5x15 unit at $122/month started in November. Just got a notice that it went up to $140/month just three months in to the agreement. They get you in with a great rate then jack it up once they know you're committed and have your unit stuffed. People are renting storage units now due to downsizing homes or moving. There aren't many vacant storage units at lease in the building I'm in. read more

Awesome people! The owners are on site. They do as much as they can to accomodate you. I accidentally left a piece of furniture behind and they called me as they looked to see that I was the last to use the gate the night before. I came in once to get some items and noticed a slight smell of moth balls. (the owners cant control every little thing people bring in, nor are they able to tell who they belong to) The owner took my call very seriously and made sure to air the place out regularly. No more moth ball smell. Awesome Facility: This place is clean, secure and nicely maintained. The only thing that kept them from a full 5 stars was the price. And the units are a little dark if you are not next to an over head light. Other than that, I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again if the need arises. read more

Very friendly staff. Sufficient storage options, and they have dollies that are for public use. The units themselves are decently lit, climate controlled, and well secured. I would highly suggest using this storage company as they seem more approachable and convenient than some of the bigger places. read more

The storage facility is a little more expensive than others but the staff here are the best in business. They always tend to their customer's needs and they're always smiling. Genuinely good people. I'm updating my review. I ended up keeping things in my storage shed way to long! Ugh! My rent slowly creeped up over the year and 1/2 I had my stuff in this place. I was paying around $250 a month when I finally decided I needed to get rid of some stuff and move out. Of course, it was not drama free. My debit card digits got compromised and I had to get my card replaced during the time my storage shed payment was due. Keep in mind I've had this shed on auto payment for one year and a half... I got a call from the manager letting me know my payment was declined. I explained to him what has happened and that I was waiting for my new card to come in the mail. I tried to make it to my bank to get cash before it closed but it didn't happen. A few days later I got a buyer for something I had been trying to sell in my storage shed. I figured sell the thing and pay the storage guy. Win win? Nope. Turns out he locked me out of my storage shed. Embarrassing. Even more awkward the place had just closed and I know the manager was there but didn't answer the door or return my call. I guess he figured he was teaching me a lesson. I have no idea. The next day he was totally rotten and treated me and my husband awful. Even more embarrassing. But his crappy attitude gave me the motivation to finally give notice in that shed and move out of it. So, long story short this place will treat you good to get you moved in, will take your payments and that's about as far as that kindness will go. Too be fair, my belongings are in good shape. So, I'm going to let them have two stars. I'm guessing there are better rental places you can go to but if you are desperate this place will work. Just buy a lantern so you can see in your storage shed and be aware that if you are ever late in your payment they will immediately lock you out and when you bring in your cash payment they will shame you and treat you like crap. Like the manager said to me in his snarky tone, "you should read your contract." Um yes. read more

I had to move a three bedroom house into storage between the sale of one house and possession of the next a few weeks later. I wasn't sure what size of unit I would need, and the staff here was very helpful. I was able to reserve two units, only needed one, and didn't have to pay to reserve/hold the second one. The units are clean, as is the property. I didn't lock my door the right way when leaving one day and promptly got a call from the manager. They put their own lock on the door to secure it until I got there. Nothing had been altered, and it was clear that the managers were walking the property looking for any issues. The lock issue wasn't easily visible, so they were doing a good check. I haven't used storage in a couple decades so can't compare to prices elsewhere, but found this very reasonable, especially with a web discount they gave me although I reserved in person. read more

Staff is very courteous, knowledgable and extremely friendly! I've had a lot of experiences moving people and this is by far the cleanest storage facility that I have seen! The gentleman even took the time to replace a missing license plate screw for a friend while we were moving stuff into a smaller unit. Kuddos!!! read more
