Right from the start Robin answered all of my questions, took personal interest in my move and made sure my quote included a team of 3 people to handle the move smoothly. I was moving from a 3rd floor unit with stairs to a 4th floor unit with an elevator. The morning of the move Antonio and his team of 3 additional men showed up, exceeding my expectations. They worked feverishly & professionally, treating my belongings as if they were their own. Once they unloaded all my belongings at the new location, they asked me where I wanted everything placed & took the time to unwrap & reassemble my furniture, place it, and place the boxes in their specific rooms, saving me from additional work. Above & beyond that, their courteous, friendly, respectful manner and care throughout the day made this move not only smooth but enjoyable! Additionally, their pricing was the most reasonable I came across, including wrapping for no additional cost, as well as showing up with an extra team member! I cannot recommend Since Day 1 Moving & Storage too highly. Robin & Antonio will treat you like family & treat your move like its their own!

They came with a U-Haul, a couple U-Haul blankets, and a u-Haul dolly. And 3 total men. When moving the desk the they were really struggling with getting it to the agreed upon place. When they did get it to the stairs they left a gigantic scratch in the flooring that will need to replace a few boards. From there there were tons of excuses of what happened. They blamed it on the weight, the equipment they had rented from U-Haul and a nail (which nobody could find) in the flooring. They stated they had insurance so asked them to provide the proof of insurance so that we can get the floors fixed. They gave us their office number and asked us to call. When we talked to who ever answered the phone they stated that they only carry the minimum insurance that the state of florida requires and that is for only the contents that are in the truck (meaning after the items are off of the truck the items and the home are not covered. ) After going back and forth they decided to refund $175 of the $375. With the damage to the floor it's not going to cover it. My takeaways.... These guys are amateur movers. The guys were from Lakeland. 80 miles from the job site. The drove here rented a U-Haul, used U-Haul cheap blankets, uhauls cheap dolly and tried to a job that they did not have the proper equipment for. They do not carry any insurance for the items they are moving once they leave the vehicle. So if they damage ANYTHING, they are under insured and won't be able to fix or repair what they have damaged.

Jose A stacking and using all space in truck so all was secure and neat. Luis was moving so fast picking up all boxes and making a million trips non stop to truck and back. The company owners wife was very unprofessional as she treated my family very disrespectfully. This company milked the clock the whole time and was very slow. The owner took his shirt off and worked with his pants falling off which was a very unpleasant and unprofessional thing to do in front of my wife and son, especially in front of the new homeowners and their family. After taking many long breaks and spending a total of 5.5 hours working, the company owner billed me for 6 hours. On top of everything they broke some of my stuff (put very light bins on bottoms of stacks and they were destroyed with all the weight). Overall, be warned that this is not a company of quality and respect. I would never recommend anyone us this company. I would hate for anyone else to have their things damaged and family insulted.
