My unit got flooded just one month after I started renting with them. They said the investigation showed it was from the ceiling after the storm but even their staff admitted that it was likely coming from the draining hole in the middle of my unit which nobody warned me about when I moved in. Except some boxes for moving out of my unit, I received anything from Extra Storage to remedy the situation. All they offered was "talk to your insurance" which only covers to $10k when my damages were much much more than that. Unable to even lower my rate going forward or do anything to help remedy my loss. I had to take time off from work everyday for a week to go into the unit to move everything to another unit.

They loaded the truck in 40 minutes and were done unloading at the new place within the next hour. All the furniture was wrapped well and they also brought some wardrobe boxes to use for my clothes. The whole process beforehand was super easy, too. The office was friendly and diligent and they let me know about all the extra costs that could come up during the move. I ended up buying my own tape and had some large plastic wrap, so there were no extra costs at the end. I would highly suggest you use these guys!!

But the movers are what prompted me to write. The three men who helped me were Andre, Rodrigo, and Deion, and each was courteous, polite, super helpful, and great workers who got the job done quickly.
