    The assistant manager/Sherry doesn't have good customer service and she doesn't know how to speak…read moreto customers in a good manner and I experienced that tonight around 11:00 pm when I put my gate code in and entered the property went to my unit and found that I had been over locked sometime earlier today 4/4/2026 and I paid my bill in full online on 4/3/2025 my space shouldn't have been overlooked. So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions.     This storage facility has gone down hill the past few years…read more We had our unit for over 2 years, at the 2 year mark they raised the price over $50 a month, which is common for Public Storage from what I read online on various forums. The past few months we noticed rat droppings and urine in our unit and around various items. We found a new storage facility and began moving items away from this rat infested storage facility. While moving items, we shifted some bags of clothing and two rats jumped out of the bags and ran around the unit and squeeze through the corner into another unit. We just trashed the remainder of the items in the storage unit since it was all damaged and infested. I let the front office know, they didn't care. I asked about cleaning the remaining items out and they were very unhelpful. I ended up finding a 3rd party company to come and clean the unit out to avoid paying any additional fees to Public Storage rat infested facility. Very terrible experience. Very unprofessional management in the office. We should have left sooner when we saw the pregnant worker out front smoking cigarettes all day.

    5/21/22 I arrived at this Public Storage (PS) right before…read moreclosing time. Nundee was there to assist me. She said there would be a fee to use a PS padlock. She said that there was a PS padlock already there at the unit (for me to use). I won't use their padlock, I said. No problem, I was told to drop off the PS padlock in the mail box at the front office before I leave; I replied that I have my own padlock to use. She rung me up. I paid my fees. She gave me the card with my access information on it. She kindly assisted me with entering the key code at the gate, It worked fine. And she returned to the PS office. A few seconds later I approached my storage unit, I saw my unit 605 was already locked. I quickly ran back to the business office, I knocked. I Called. I Rang . No response! I thought there was still one car parked in the lot I presumed it to be her's. I was NOT able to use the storage unit at all due to it being locked. Both doors to my unit were locked. The following day I asked for a night credit (for what I felt was a major inconvenience). She said "you came when I was closing. How was I supposed to know that it was locked?" No, credit denied. I later thought about what she said. Well, she knew I was coming over, I had a reservation, she had called my phone. It would have been considerate of her to make certain the unit I was about to rent was prepared. Personally, I felt there was attitude and no regard for a client that had just paid $300 for a storage unit. Besides a few metal screws on the floor, the unit was clean. Just to play it safe, I bought RAT BAIT because there are previous reviews of clients who had concerns about rodents. Other than that, I liked my unit, it was good. I intended to store there for several months. I simply felt dissatisfaction with how I was treated and I eventually withdrew. I would do business again with them. However, I would strongly advice that the attendant go check the unit with you before making the purchase. Thank you.

    I dropped off a package Sunday afternoon and realized after they closed that I had accidentally put…read morethe wrong address on it. So my husband and I went back the next morning right before opening, hoping it was still there and not yet scanned. I spoke with Jose, who was opening the store, and asked if someone could check the back for my package. Instead of simply checking, he immediately got irritated and started arguing that there were "too many boxes" to go through. I explained that since it hadn't been scanned yet, it had to still be there and I needed to correct the address. After huffing and acting like it was a huge inconvenience, he finally went to look -- and found it almost instantly. For context: he opened the doors at 8:29 AM, and we were out by 8:36 AM. No other customers were waiting. There was no reason for the attitude. What bothered me even more was what I saw while he and another employee were searching. They weren't moving boxes carefully -- they were literally throwing them. Not sliding, not setting down... tossing them across the back room. So if you've ever wondered why your packages arrive damaged, I can tell you exactly why. I've spent a lot of money at this location over the years, but if they can't handle packages with care or speak to customers respectfully, I'll happily take my business somewhere else.

    Absolutely terrible location, I ordered a $1000+ item from a seller in the Metroplex area and these…read morebozos decided to ship it without the power supply, then didn't bother to contact the shipper to let him know that they failed to ship a critical part which put him on the line for covering a $1000 chargeback. He had to make a special trip to retrieve the power supply and then they charged him again to ship that to me, and several days later (it was supposed to be delivered yesterday) it's still not arrived. I'm not sure if it's UPS or their fault, but given their previous incompetence with packing and shipping I'm inclined to believe it's on them for shipping it late. If you need something shipped correctly and on time, I would strongly suggest using another location and shipper.
