Instead I get a text message the morning of the move " This is all my sons the dispatch dept, I had 2 crews call out sick and we will not be able to make it today..." No phone call from a customer service rep, no apologies - a text message?!! Again hard to get a hold of them but I finally spoke to the dispatcher who couldn't have been more rude, no apologies and basically told me my deposit did not secure anything. When we discussed the possibility of doing the move the next day his comment was he needed me to commit to be put on the schedule as if I changed the move date. The next day we got a text survey to click on the link on why you didn't move with All My Sons moving. Tried to call repeatedly to get back my $100 meaningless deposit of which I am sure I will never see. Makes me question if they are even a legit business or a scam.

The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Jose was easy to talk to and very professional about making sure we had a good experience. The team also worked quickly and finished the job in under the 6 hours quoted. So appreciative of Jose and his team and the whole experience with Vector. Hopefully our next move is many years away but we would definitely go with Vector again!

I don't remember all their names, but Brian and co. were phenomenal!! 2 weeks later Adam and Ari came back with a truck of all my stuff and unloaded it all in my new apartment as requested. They were both so friendly and accommodating. And best of all, all my items (especially my mirrors ) came back in good condition. I cannot recommend this service enough, especially if you need both storage and moving help! The only thing Is I wish I could schedule my pick up and drop off appointments at the same time. I had to wait till my stuff was picked up before I could schedule a drop off date, because their website only allows one appointment at a time. That was a bit inconvenient for me since I had to also reserve a move in time slot with my building as well. Many boxes showed visible yellow staining consistent with rodent contamination. The odor was so strong that I had to isolate several boxes in a separate room. Despite repeated washing, my clothing and bedding could not be salvaged. I ultimately had to discard nearly my entire wardrobe, sheets, towels, stuffed items, makeup, tattoo equipment, and nail tech supplies due to contamination concerns. Several household items and glassware were also cracked. In addition, my armoire was broken during storage. Clutter has agreed to compensate me for the armoire, but they have refused to compensate me for the widespread contamination of my clothing and personal goods. Their position is that items "packed by the owner" are excluded from coverage. However, multiple boxes -- including clothing and bedding -- were packed by their team. They are now requiring me to provide proof of which boxes were packed by them in order to consider reimbursement. This has been extremely frustrating given the visible contamination and the extent of the damage. I expected professional storage conditions and reasonable care of my property. That was not my experience.
